In room A, desperately in need of a good clean and a lick of paint. Sky light flooded te room with daylight from 4am- needs a blind over it- everyone in top bunks had disturbed sleep due to amount of light being let in. Had an iPhone charger stolen on first morning- could have been an honest mistake, but still affected my stay.
Great location and staff - but those are the only good things about it. The wifi is so-so and only works downstairs. In a room of 14 there's 2 total outlets! Even in the common room you're fighting to find an outlet. The shower have press-buttons to turn on with only warm water. Breakfast is very basic and could use improvement. If you're looking for anything more than a place to sleep then this place is not for you.
Excellent location - so easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast is amazing, so much variety. The cage lockers under the bed are great and the rooms are quiet spacious. Staff are super friendly and lots of actives are organized. Highly recommend the Camden pub crawl especially to solo travelers, met some many wonderful people. Free laundry but no kitchen however super close to a small supermarket buy microwaveable meals to save money - microwave in hang out room
I enjoyed my stay in the hostel. I recommend it for the lovely envinronement

Amazing first hostel experience here! Great place for backpackers wanting to meet new people!
A great place, super clean even though they were doing some remodeling. The food was a bit pricey but the breakfast was great. The showers were small but super clean. The guys on the desk were very helpful in planning things to do and how to get around. Overall just a great place.
Unfortunately the staff poorly organised my stay resulting in them moving half my luggage into storage with the other half of my items still been left in the room, including my passport and laptop, without my knowledge. The staff were somewhat assisting with the situation, but it should have never occurred in the first place.
Location right across the Borough Market is prime (I'm a foodie)! We had access to the Tube with less than a 10 minute walk, and the Shard of Glass was very close. The Bellushi's and Dugout's in the hostel are fun and have good food.
First time staying in a hostel and traveling and I loved it here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the chill out room was very nice as well. I stayed in a mixed dorm of 14 and it was great. The only issue was that there was no wifi in the rooms and the plugs were limited. It never got too loud, but I was on the third floor away from the bars. If you're looking to meet great people, in a decent location this is a great hostel.

The room was fine and clean, with great lockers under the bed, however if you are at all concerned with wifi, it does not reach the rooms. One of the few places you can actually get it is in the "chill room" which has possibly the most worn and uncomfortable furniture. Other than that, the staff was friendly, London is amazing and it was easy enough to get everywhere from that location. I had a great stay!
Although one member of the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, others were not. I forgot my phone charger at home and I asked them if they have any for to borrow for a short time. But they didn't. By my opinion a hostel like this in 2015 should have at least few chargers since there are only 3 types of chargers in use. They have a metal box for your stuff under the bed which makes a lot of noise when you open or close it and you must bring your own locket with you. I had to pay 4£
Hostel was as I expected. Really enjoyed having the bar downstairs and there was a good atmosphere even though we were only staying one night. Room was a decent size, everything was comfy and the staff were always helpful when we needed to know something. Would stay again
Good location, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!!
Average hostel. We had to change rooms because they booked too many people which was inconvenient. The bathrooms were kind of dirty. However the location was good and they set us up with a lot of good walking tours.
Great hostel overall. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms but other than that I had few complaints. The beds were clean, you are provided a rolling cage under the bunk to lock your stuff in and the breakfast is okay as well. Location is pretty sweet as well as you're right near London bridge and the tube station is 2 minute walk down the road
I have stayed at many other St. Christopher's across Europe and this is by far the worst of them all. It is quite overpriced for a room with only one plug in for 8 people, cold showers and sketchy guests.. Definitely needs an age restriction as well as an update on the breakfast. Don't waste your money or time.
Bathroom was not very clean, warm water is not always available. They need to fix the faucet of the men's bathroom as it is very difficult to shut off. I often see the faucet not shut off properly an water leaking out all the time. No blow dryer available. The cleaning staff was very rude, on one SATURDAY morning at around 9 am, the cleaning lady held opened our dorm's door and started cleaning, she also started a LOUD conversation with her fellow colleague, making it impossible to sleep...
Really nice hostel, helpful staff. Thank you
