When we arrived at 10pm, the music was so loud we couldn't make ourselves heard by the receptionist. It was very stressful. Even the "quiet" common area is insufficiently insulated from the din of the bar/stage. We didn't find any opportunity to relax. It seems the building is super eco-friendly, but the staff didn't have much information about it. I would really like to have learned more. This would have redeemed the experience for me.

A 4-star hotel experience. The private double ensuite rivals most upscale hotels. Very clean, excellent 'green energy' features, helpful staff and a good location (easy walk to St. Charles Bridge and Old Town square). Will definitely visit again. The Mosaic House set a high bar as my first hostel 'experience'... the robes and slippers where a great touch. I have yet to find another hostel that matches the value and comfort of The Mosaic House. Highly recommended.

Great style, very clean, good internet speed. Pretty much a great hostel, but I did get robbed right outside the hostel.

had an amazing time here! the staff are really friendly and good to hang with. the rooms are secure, clean and big. really close to walk to everything and cheap. the only downside is no kitchen. would definetly recommend staying here!

Awesome room-- everything was clean. The insuite bathroom was excellent. Staff were unable to recommend anything around the city-- we asked where we could get a quick cup of coffee and they directed us to the breakfast buffet! You have to pay for locker storage, which is bullsheesh. It is definitely more of a hotel than a hostel.

This hostel is amazing! Really is like a hotel but with the atmosphere of a hostel. I enjoyed a lot my stay at the mosaic. Definitely i recommend this hostel.

laundry was too damn expensive. 11€ a load... really? also, oftentimes the staff would sit at the desk having what were obviously purely social conversations while I stood there and they would only help me after five minutes of waiting. the times this didn't happen though, the staff was really great!

We stayed in private room with an ensuite bathroom. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. However, we were able to clearly hear the music blaring from the private party THREE STORIES BELOW. Check-out time is at noon, but the cleaning staff opened our door without any warning around 11am. We talked to the receptionist and he apologized profusely, but it was a little jarring. Overall, Mosaic House is a great deal, but lacks the character and personality of smaller hostels.

The hostel was good value for money. The facilities are all good however it is to much like a hotel for my liking. Some people might like it but for me there was no atmosphere like you get at a smaller hostel. If travelling alone I would look elsewhere if you want to meet people.

Great hostel!! Everyone was nice, room was great, bathroom as well! everything is pretty and clean! Feels like you are in a hotel! There's a great bar downstairs, always playing nice songs and somedays with live music! Great hostel if you are looking for party!

Everything was great but don't forget to bring your own locks. And computers in waiting lounge are terrible. You should update them.

Everything looks new but the light kept turning off automatically very often so i had to open the door again and again. I have no idea if it was only my room's problem or not.. And the light was really really dark so i cannot even see the book but at the third night the light was fixed but i didn't know it was the problem of light.. FEMALE staffs were very very rude and they don't really care about guests. They seems very annoyed when i asked for help but male staffs were kind.

Great value for money, although I would be happy to pay a little more to have breakfast included... and free lockers. ;)
