St. Gallen Haus was designed as the ideal place to stay short or long term, where students or residents will feel the homely Latin heat and special touch of European style that will make you feel at home.

The Students Residency consists of two phases, the first already completed, is a full apartment of 110m2 with capacity for three students, who can comfortable enjoy of a dining and living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, study room, patio, including permanent cleaning and laundry.

The second stage consists of a residency of 450m2, with capacity of up to fifteen students, has six bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, bathrooms for women and men, terraces, patios, garage for visitors, permanent cleaning , Internet and laundry.
