very small room given for the money that i have paid... pictures in the website looks very nice but it is not the same in reality....

This hotel is amazingly located for someone visiting London, close to the train station, the tube, busses etc, it was great. The staff were really friendly & helpful, it was a pleasure to stay there, & for what I paid, it was good value for money. Would stay there again, thanks guys.

I stat for 2 times and total 6 days. At 1st, it's ok, good price, the location are good, 5 mins walk to station. The manager was helpful to lift 4 heavy luggage to 4th floor, although that's limit space in the room. But at the 2ed time that's very poor experience. The room and bed was very dirty, I got rash & bite mark all over my body and there are bugs on our bed that I keep killing them. They didn't clean the room and change sheet for 3 days. Not helpful manager this one, not the same one.

Good place to stay for the price. It's really well located and near the tube station in a nice area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small (as they usually are in London) but they don't feel that small and have everything you could possibly need somehow in the room. The breakfast is brought to your room which I really enjoyed. I would recommend this place and will probably stay again.

One male staff was really mean. toooooo rude
