Property Information:
St. Johns B&B is a charming property that lends a home from home atmosphere. The idea behind this bed and breakfast is to offer an alternative experience to tourists with top transport links. There are 3 large rooms, which are broken down into 2 doubles and 1 twin, all sleeping 2 guests. There are two shower rooms and a bathroom which guests share as well as the garden. The rooms are all equipped with a sink, heating and hair dryer and the doubles also have a TV. WiFi access is also available for free in all the rooms.
I provide a tasty complimentary breakfast of fresh fruit salad,homemade muesli, yogurt and different types of bread or crumpets, tea/coffee. The house is old, but charming with beautiful designer touches with wallpapers and art.
I have written out a welcome booklet ,with lots of information about the city,and the surrounding area. I am also more than happy to answer any questions ,or help you decide where to explore.

The best B&B ever! The location is really good - close enough to the centre so that getting there is not tiresome, but far enough to let you rest from all the commotion. The house is beautiful and clean, the rooms are cosy, and the breakfast tasty. And the owner is just the perfect host! Sinead is helpful and full of tips but also completely unintrusive. We felt like at home.

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
This is a non smoking bed and breakfast, and I am also afraid that there are no pets allowed.
It is also quite important that you let me know you estimated time of arrival at the bed and breakfast so I can be her to welcome you in.
