It is really a nice hostel, big, long history, full of mystery. The sea-viewing room is good, and bed sheets smell so clean. Breakfast is also nice. It\s a good place if you want to stay in GOZO for several days, since the hostel itself is a enjoyable place. Although in Dec, the house is a little bit scaring, I still love it. BTW, never forget to sign on the visitors book, write down your feelings and go back again to find yourself years later.

very friendly welcome. as everyone has mentioned, no locks on the doors (and no locker in my room) but you're ok if you bring a lock for your bag. great views from the sun deck

The rooms cannot be locked from outside. The beach is not 10 minutes but 1 hour ago. The buses leave very seldom. And the promised seperate bathroom was not there.

Staff weren't very helpful, didn't even come to the door to check us in. No one explained breakfast etc. Rooms didn't have locks on the doors which would have been less of an issue if there was lockable storage in the rooms.
