Had to leave after 1 day because I could not connect to their wifi. Nobody there could fix the problem but it appeared that I was the only one who had the problem. Their policy was no refund so I lost 6 days rent. The "atmosphere" rating just applies to me (I like a quiet place). Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves so for most people the atmosphere there would be a plus. The staff were friendly but they didn't have anyone who understood their wifi.

Noisy, run down, not very clean, strange smell. Staff incompetent: didn't know how to charge with credit card or how combination worked for lockers which were unavailable anyway as had other people's stuff in. Had a terrible nights sleep and it ruined my whole weekend, was booked in for another night but didn't want to stay, couldn't get refund as staff didn't know how to do it and manager was asleep. YHA down the road well maintained, much cleaner, and slightly cheaper - wish I'd stayed there!

Unfortunately the reception we received was the same temperature as the showers..... Cold. Most of the residents were long (fruit pickets) lending a rather sedate atmosphere to our Friday night. Overall, as the horse in the stables might say "nay".

Instead of spending all that time painting flags and cheesy pictures on the walls, you should spend more time cleaning and organising the big mess. Then you wouldn't have to put up signs asking your customers to give you good ratings.

Small and beautiful! I like the family atmosphere and the varied evening offers - a good place to meet new people.

...OMG..how this hostel has reached 90%+ ratings I have no idea - its run down, very dirty and smells like there are still horses living there + unfortunately the only thing that needs a clean more than the hostel is the guy that runs it..!! Also the atmosphere is very bad - no TV (but weirdly a few random DVDs) + its full of young germans working in the apple orchards so no one is there in the day time - alas there is only one SLIGHTLY redeeming feature...the free wifi..!!
