really enjoyed my stay. room was clean & comfy. 2 minor things - there was a definite smell of cigarettes in the stairwell - i know some guests had been smoking in the rooms, so might have lingered from that, but would suggest deoderising the hall when this occurs. Also the shower cubicle - if you get a chance i'd rip up the carpet in the little change area. Nobody likes carpet in a bathroom. Otherwise, recommended

there was only one staff member and he couldnt use the phone or take card payments and the licence bar was not open

so sorry to hear you was dissapointed with your stay . we did leave a voice mail to explain we was on holiday at the time of your stay . we also have to follow the laws and was unable to have the bar open due to the licensee being on holiday . the member of staff was my son and was only able to do what he could . as for the card payment this was also explained in a message so sorry for the inconveience caused . but hope you enjoyed Blackpool on a whole . the hotel phone is not for public use . there are public telephones around the area for use . normally there is full wifi access and lap top plus phone use at a small charge if needed . but once again as before the management was away on holiday so these facilities where available at the time of your stay . thanks sorry for any upset caused .

Really fun hostel! The staff were very friendly and more than helpful! They made a real effort to make sure that everybody had a good time. The location was really good, everything was in walking distaance and taxis were cheap. The hostel bar was also very cheap. :) I would definately recommend and would deinately stay again. Thank you!!
