Our facilities include; Guest cafeteria with coffee pot, toaster, microwave Our hotel is the perfect place for long term guests.
We are a new hotel therefore all beds, funiture and facilities are brand new and in good condition.
High Season Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.
Check-in: 16:00pm to 10:30 pm
Check-out: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
