Maybe the room I was assigned is too bad. But the environment is too bad, smelly, no internet and breakfast. But the price is low, can't complain.

No wifi, No parking place. And the reception peoples conduct was also not good

After we payed the treatment was cold and unfriendly. Our questions about a kitchen to eat and a living room, as announced, were poorly answered with "this is a hotel, not a hostel". actually when we came there we were put in a hotel room not a hostel room. I tried to find out if there is a hostel and except from a sign at the buildings entrance there was no sign of a hostel called "stargate" just a hotel with that name.

Good hotel, good staff, excellent location but no Internet, no TV and no foods :( It's good, if you just need some place to stay over night and, easy to go to other places in the city ( it's very close to Termini-the main station)

When you go to the hotel you will see that things are not as in the offer. There was no breakfast, there was a 10 euro tax for TV. The guy from the reception was arrogant.

There is no BF serving or you have to pay 3 euro extra for everyone who stay less then 5 nights. Location is good since it takes 5-7 min walking to the main station. A room is ok for budget accommodation, not too small nor noisy, but no so much clean. If you are looking for a cheap room to stay a few nights, this is fine for you. But you can also find something like this at other ho(s)tel as well, I'm sure.

Although I made reservation for twin private room, they said you have a reservation for double bed private. We stayyed in double bed private room which is really small for a night and then they changed our room to twin private.

Nothing all was very good

The cleaners need to mop the floors in bedrooms. Otherwise not too bad. Thanks

There is no wifi. The room is very hot. They charge 10 euros extra for air conditioning but there is no mention of that when booking. They charge an extra 2 euros for tax when you pay. They also, only take cash. The guy at the front desk is very unfriendly.
