This hostel is really minimalistic, nothing special. There is no lounge where you can sit, drink tea, have a talk with another guests except the kitchen. But the kitchen is on the basement floor and there is no wifi there. Actually, wifi works only on the first floor near reception desk. But the best what I can say about this hostel is the staff. Boys are really nice, helpful and patient. I really appreciate their responsiveness!

Good budget hostel with basic facilities. For a night or two a perfect place to stay, very close to main attractions in Istanbul.

We booked a double room and were very pleasantly surprised by the size and furniture. A proper closet, big couch, table, refrigerator and nice four-poster bed. The size of it was also very good. In the room it almost felt as if we were staying at a luxurious hotel.

No keys for the rooms, but there is a key for a locker in the dorm. Rooms were decently clean, more dependant on habits of guests. Not regularly cleaned. Wifi very weak in room. Staff helpful enough. Breakfast is the usual Turkish fare, bread, olives, tomato, cucumber and a bunch of spreads. Good A/C in the rooms. There is a desktop computer for use. Good value for what you pay for. Nicer location than Sultanahmet (too glitzy and expensive food wise). Better eating accommodation in Beygolu.

I stayed there 3 nights with some friends in a mix dorm. Everything was perfect, clean, good breakfast (you can use the kitchen whenever you want). The personal is very kind and they are always trying to make you feel comfortable. We recomend it!!!

The room itself is comfortable, and the staff are really accommodating my needs too (luggage storage, city direction, etc.). The bed is really comfortable. Things that could be improved is to repair the spoiled air conditioner, especially during the hot summer, and to add more lighting inside the room. Wifi was great in the 3rd floor. Looking forward to stay at this hostel again,

It was very good. Don't be excited with breakfast though, the description is misleading - when you read cheese your should expect cream chesse and when you read ham you should expect nothing. The kitchen is good to be used , the bathroom inside the room is cleaned regurlarly. By the price you pay it is an excellent option. The location is good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Hello, thanks for commwent. however, I would like to correct something. We dont offer HAM but we offer JAM. I think you misread it by chance. In addition to this, you know here is Turkey and except bodrum is almost impossible to see pork products. As a result of this, we also dont offer and never offered HAM

Great stuff helped us with every question we asked Nice breakfast We were surprised with a location - pretty near the sightseeing (7 min walking) There was no problem with leaving our backpackers after leaving out and visiting kitchen

This is a no-frills hostel just a short walking distance from the main tourist area around Hagia Sophia. The staff are very friendly, and rooms and all facilities were always kept clean. There's a good kitchen downstairs with a common room and outside garden. The wifi is excellent, although you have to be downstairs near the antenna for best speeds. There's a good breakfast included, and plenty of reasonably cheap cafes and restaurants in the nearby streets. Overall, an excellent budget option.
