I had a great stay at the Stars Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others, as well as return myself if I'm in the area! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, able to assist with everything from laundry to booking taxis (at a reasonable price!) to providing a late breakfast to tips for what to see in Hanoi. Wi fi in the hotel room was extremely fast and the air con was also of a high quality. Staff were happy to look after bags whilst away on trips. Fantastic and great value hotel!
