We were told to contact the hostel once we arrived in Bergamo so that some body could meet us there to hand over keys etc. It took almost an hour of calling and searching for different phone numbers to get through to the hostel. Also the final payment was only accepted by cash where as i had been led to believe i could make a payment via card. Although not a huge problem it would have been nice to know in advance that i needed the extra cash for payment and not my cards.

My flight got in at midnight, but there was no problem--I was warmly greeted and quickly settled in an awesome, clean, and comfortable room. It is a five minute walk from the train station, which was fantastic. Highly recommend.
