Great location, bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff.
Great little stop over if you're going to be in Cologne. Can't beat the location just above city center and the walk from the train station. You can get to more local areas and the tourist traps all the same. The wifi sucked, but it's fine if you don't need to do some business or something!
you have to push the water buttom in shower every 5 second to keep water running. wifi sometimes difficult to log in even the lounge has only 5 people. great location.
Spacious with a good kitchen and seating. Excellent location. Dorm large with single beds. Altogether a very comfortable stay.
Although I stayed just one day, it was the best choice staying the station hostel. This place is the best hostel you can choose if you are looking for a relatively low-priced, clean and city-located hostel. The staffs were nice of course!

A spacious, clean hostel situated just a stone's throw from Dom and the main train station. Low cost, and cheap beer - what's not to like? I'll definitely stay here again.
It's just a hostel so it's fine, no problems. The biggest benefit of this hostel was that it's right by the train station. WIFI in the rooms would have been nice, but they have it downstairs so it's no problem. Breakfast is good. One of the tall German guys with glasses was kind of a douche, but he did his job in the end I'm not asking for a hotel.
Suggestion: It's too easy to access the bedrooms without a key just passing through the kitchen.

As a female travelling on my own I enjoyed this place. It was vey close to the station and also the centre of the city. the main door wasn't locked (the stairs up to the rooms where though which was great) so the common room and kitchen usually had some non-guests there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
The rooms are locked via card key and there are a lot of lockers, which makes the sleeping area secure. I wasn't too fond of the vibe of the entrance lobby though; people didn't really socialize with each other because a lot of them were preoccupied using the wifi (which isn't available in most rooms) and it seemed like some of the people hanging out there weren't actually staying at the hostel
Hostel near the Train Station and all the main place to visit, the room is good. The lobby is quiet small to meet the other people, not too much atmosphere but still an excellent place to stay.
Had a very nice experience. The one exception was the shower, which was cold. Probably broken, though, since talking to other fellow travelers, they reported a different experience.
Although technically "clean", the place didn't feel clean. It hasn't been maintained extremely well, so I think that's why. I also had a room between the staircase and the bathroom. It was the noisiest night I've ever experienced. The other guests were very rude and inconsiderate in their noise level and the facilities did nothing except magnify the noise. Disappointing.
Nothing special but was fine to stay at. Very good kitchen
The rooms were excellent - clean with nice beds and plenty of room. Although there were no lockers! Wifi is only available in common areas which can be a little inconvenient at times. The shower was completely cold in the morning - not sure why. The bathrooms aren't great and staff were a bit rude at times, otherwise it's such a convenient location so I would probably recommend it!
No internet(WiFi) in rooms was a huge let down.. Other than that, awesome hostel
