Very close to the train station, there is a kitchen, the staff is really nice. There is a kitchen, a smoking area, the showers are good. It's a good hostel!

It was really nice not to have bunk beds, staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms were amazing, even came with a heated towel rack. I was not too keen on areas inside the hostel being allocated as smoking areas.

Excelent hostel, awesome location very near to the principal train station, bus stop, excelent facilities with shared bathroms but very clean and good shower, the rooms are very big with lamps for each bed and very confortable. In the city center close to the cathedral ,touristic point and places to eat. The only bad thing is that the breakfeast is expensive and with not a good vaiarity of things. I really recomend the place.

The Station Hostel for Backpackers is very close to Hauptbahnhof (Main Station) and to the Kölner Dom, less then five minutes walking. The rooms are clean, as the bathrooms. There is free internet WiFi on the reception and computers to use also for free. Great hostel.

Really pleasant hostel with helpful staff. Good breakfast for which you only pay for what you eat. One tip is to bring a good lock with you. The ones they hire out are too flimsy.

A very nice hostel, with lovely, helpful staff, great location (3 minute walk to the cathedral/ train station). Our room was ok, but there was a leak in the bathroom. Wi-fi is only available in reception and smoking area. On the whole, good value for money.

Great location and nice staff! Only problem was a very lumpy mattress, all the lights went in our room but the staff were helpful and fixed it straight away. In the morning we were sat in the canteen/kitchen area eating breakfast and a mouse ran across the counter-top and into a cupboard, later we found mouse droppings in one of the cupboards, so I wasn't too impressed with hygiene and cleanliness in this hostel.

was great to be in Cologne, in a hostel well located, clean and organized, just thought the room very cold and lacked hair dryer, for women it is very important.

Good hostel, nice and clean. Stayed for 2 nights, the first we were by ourselves in a 5 bed room. Clean bathrooms - one was like an ensuite, with toilet and shower, so lots of space :)

Excellent location in the centre of koln. For this price good hotel with a very informative staff. Luggage room with padlock's, umbrella's for rent. Bit noisy sometimes. Good shared showers, free internet.

The light (lamp) at the men's toillet was not working in all the 3 days I have been there. It would be better if in the rooms could have a washing basin inside...

Excellent location; probably the best location in Cologne. Good prices, kind staff. The only downside was the walls, there are thin. Fortunately, there were very few people in the hostel so I did not have problems.
