I was definitely satisfied with everything about the hostel except some inconveniences that happened to me. When I arrived, the beds were not cleaned due to some misunderstanding and the staff said the locker keys were missing so I had to leave the locker open the whole time. Other than that, everything was great.

Amazing! This was a hotel rather than a hostel. The only disappoiting was the breakfast, which other reviewers had hyped. But still, I can't imagine a more price worthy stay!

Nice new hostel in the old town. Breakfast is included which is standard but good. We stayed in the private double which had an odd platform bed - took up half the room so there was no walking area. Also no laundry machine. Can be quite loud too cause there is a bar down below. Lots of teenagers singing champagne supernova all night long making it hard to sleep.

It was all good. The only thing was that the website says check-in 2pm, it is 3pm but our room was ready in fact at 4pm so we had to wait an hour. Otherwise the hostel and staff are very nice.

Was more like a hotel than a hostel. Beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. Really no complaints at all

Found the staff really friendly, free breakfast was excellent and the location is amazing. All in all a good choice with a hotel style quality.

Perfect place - best of all times

Hotel experience in a hostel. Just in the city centre. Amazing view to the old town from the common place.

More like a hotel, no atmosphere in the common room with little talking and no music, just tv. Not as high a standard as you would expect, they had run out of towels, so i couldnt shower for a whole day, and city maps. The front door was also always open as it was hotel-style, so anyone could walk around the corridors, common room and bathroom from the street. This was a problem because the bedroom and bathroom doors didnt always shut properly. No fridge. Good breakfast though

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Incredibly high standard for the price, very friendly and helpful staff (helped me print boarding pass etc), nice breakfast included, very clean everywhere. Great location in the middle of the city. Highly recommended.

Good things - location is great for sightseeing and not far from the train station; dorm room was spacious with huge lockers; very nice toilet/shower rooms; decent breakfast; comfortable common room; nice English-speaking staff. A few drawbacks - numerous mix-ups as to which beds were assigned or not (including mine given away while I was out because someone thought I had checked out); night noise from the bar downstairs; close to cathedral means bells at 7AM. On balance, though, very good.

the best hostel ever!

The hostel is very clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast . The location is very good. Unfortunately the street in front was very busy with many people during the night , screaming and speaking loud which made it very difficult to sleep. More like a hotel, the atmosphere was zero without travelers socializing

Perfect location, kind and helpful staff. Everrything was perfectly clean. I missed a bar to hang out with other guests

Friendly staff, good breakfast, big lockers, comfortable beds! In the dorm beds only - a chair or similar would be great, but not enough space...

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in, and I've been around. The staff is very professional and friendly, the decoration is amazing. Breakfast is very rich. The rooms are really clean and bathrooms as well, you don't feel in a hostel but a highly starred hotel.
