ダウンタウンのホステルです。あの辺りの治安が悪いです。ジャパンタウンからも近いし、いろんな場所へ地下鉄やバスで行けるので、私は満足していますが、初めて行く方はくれぐれもお気をつけて。

This hostel was difficult to find. The directions were unclear. Did not know if they were driving directions or something. They should just say it's next to Cecil and tell people to take the 733 bus from Union Station - what's hard about that? Lady at reception was rude. Seemed more interested in finishing her phone conversation than checking me in. Only good thing was the room - had 2 to a room. Seemed more like a small hotel room. Regardless I won't be staying here again.

i wanted internet access in my room and shampoo/rince+ towel in bathroom instead of breakfast

The hostel itself is fantastic. Staff is helpful. Beds are comfortable. Showers are okay. Loved the sinks in the bedrooms. Awesome TV's and atmosphere. The location isn't great. Close to convention center though and some nightlife. Great sushi place next door and pizza place. Not many hostels in LA with a good value so I'd stay here again. Wifi was decent. Their iMac's are nice but internet was sometimes slow.

The receptionist on arrival was rude and unhelpful, there are insufficient showers, Room type single means absolutly nothing, The location was convenient during the day, But I would not venture out of a night.

Efficient hostel, well located in down hotel LA. Friendly and helpful staff. Immediate neighborhood is close by homeless shelters and they wander about. No panic ; it is a safe area but still have to be careful. If you traveled for instance in Frankfurt -Germany- central train station or Amsterdam RLD you will get the picture.

The hostel itself had an updated look. The dorm style rooms were nice but the bunk beds were very cramped. I was lucky to have the whole room to myself the 2nd night which was nice. The location is good in regards to walking to the different areas of down town LA but it is a stones throw away from skid row. Be that as it may I had no trouble walking around and going where I needed to go. Would stay again.

I was very well and for sure I`ll return here ... L.A Downtown is great place to stay to explore the great L.A. This hostel is more than a hotel ... only 2 persons per room ... And if you are lucky like me you may be alone ... I liked this place !!!

I appreciated the cleanliness, free internet as well as new linen and bedding in the hostel. But the location is bad - the wholesale district, where homeless and trash people live is just one block away, behind the hostel. Even in front of the hostel, beggars go and ask for money and cigarrettes. The area is dirty and stinky, like most of downtown LA. Good and safe ares to stay is Santa Monica.

It`s almost like a motel. Just 2 beds in each room. I stayed in the room 508 and there is a fire escape adjacent to that room. People use that fire escape to smoke, but staff blamed me and the other guy for smoking inside!!! Location is not for everyone. Many homeless and nuts people outside urinating directly into pants. Besides that fact everything was great. Definitely will stay again. One of the best hostels I ever stayed at.

A lovely place to stay with great rooms and generally very well kept indeed. A good deal.

The staff was very good and helpful, the location is perfect if u want to visit Downtown LA. From Union Station just take bud 733 or 33 and with both of them u can also go to Santa Monica Beach! Internet is free and the rooms are ok.The only thing were the comon bathrooms...a li' bit too small and cozy. For the rest I really enjoyed my staying!

Great and clean hostel, more like a hotel environment. Location was alright, but it can be a scary walk from the greyhound bus station. Not far from the metro station - easy access to Hollywood.

There is need to improve on breakfast, the water for coffee and tea was not hot enough.

The location is good if you wanna visit downtown area, otherwise it's a little far away from everywhere. The policy of check-in only after 3PM is a little weird. Staff are quite nice and helpful.
