Needs to be clearer on internet that in a dorm you are renting a bed not a room.

Staff were good and did their job although didn't get a great feel of enthusiasm from them, other than that this was a great little hostel in a good location and will definatly recomend it.

The place itself was superb, it felt more like a hotel than an hostel with great facilities and extremely clean. However it basically is a hotel, which means you rarely have a chance to socialize with the other people thus meeting and making friends is difficult. It is fantastic for somewhere clean, quiet and relaxing however.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My only complaints were some minor front-desk issues. When I first got there they told me I had cancelled, which wasn\'t true, but was eventually resolved. Also, they had overcharged me an extra day, saying that I was a no-show for the first day, which was a mistake as well, but that was resolved too. Sounds like some issues in Accounting. Otherwise, great accommodations, real central location near transit.

It was the worst hostel ever. Bad location- be careful! tons of homeless people are around the hostel Cold room-the room was freaking cold, but no heater available Rude staff- when I shared my concern about the cold room, she said \"we only have a blanket, you want it or not?\" she almost yelled at me. No internet access at rooms-the Internet is unavailable or unstable. To sum up, I would never recommend this hostel.

The room was clean and neat, the staff helpful. The location is out of the way, nothing interesting to see within walking distance. Good value for the money.

I actually booked one position in a dorm, but since all of the 6-people dorms were full, they upgraded me to a double and I lived there myself, which was a really generous offer. The front desk guy was really helpful in showing me directions. The overall experience was really good!

Stay on Main is a nice newish hostel located way downtown in LA. The neighborhood is improving, but be very careful if you go out late at night! There are dealers and hookers hanging around on the streets and cops making frequent patrols.

ダウンタウンのホステルです。あの辺りの治安が悪いです。ジャパンタウンからも近いし、いろんな場所へ地下鉄やバスで行けるので、私は満足していますが、初めて行く方はくれぐれもお気をつけて。

This hostel was difficult to find. The directions were unclear. Did not know if they were driving directions or something. They should just say it's next to Cecil and tell people to take the 733 bus from Union Station - what's hard about that? Lady at reception was rude. Seemed more interested in finishing her phone conversation than checking me in. Only good thing was the room - had 2 to a room. Seemed more like a small hotel room. Regardless I won't be staying here again.

Every where you go, you need tour key, to lobby, to kitchen, to Common room. Space to socialize absent.

It is a nice and clean hostel. It is located in downtown LA. There are many homeless people are around, but it is ok after first few days, and that block is not too hipster. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm with a bathroom and two sinks. Embarrassment is that the public shower room and bathroom can be opened any time even when someone is using it. The management should solve this problem. But the staff are very nice, and printing in the lobby is free!

I have stayed at this hostel 2x and love the 2 bed dorm rooms, but the front desk check in staff has been unpleasant and the simple act of checking in has been beyond stressful each time. In a two night stay I had to go to the checkin dest 4 times for either being locked out of my room or to recheck, and being over the Christmas holiday as well, just ruined my stay. Excellent hotel, poor front desk staff.
