Staying in the Pijp II self catering 2 bedroom holiday apartment puts you in a prime location, exceptional for 6 guests!
De Pijp, South Central part of Amsterdam, is right outside the main canal belt! Establishments serving food and drinks, institutions, cafes, shops and common activity is concentrated in the areas surrounding you.
This light apartment that measures 90 square meters on the second floor. You have to climb up typical steps of this residential building and it may not be suitable for the elderly.
This apartment has two bedrooms with singles in each that can be pushed together to form a double. There are two sofa beds in the living room for an additional two guests if you are staying with six.
An all white wash wooden flooring as well as the large Persian carpet in the living room. The decor and design is a mix of vintage & modern combined with overall white, with some wooden accents. There is a flat screen TV and access to Wi-Fi Internet.
Renovated modern bathroom and separated restroom is at your disposal. Linens and towels are provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check in 30 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
