Staying in the Pijp

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, and much more. Its white color gives you the idea of an immaculate cooking setting, making you want to cook!

The bright and large living room brings lots of light and give a sensation of relaxed atmosphere. There are two big beige sofas and two small seats that you can use for watching TV and your favorite local or international channels.

The bedrooms have one double bed each one. Windows that let the fresh air enter to the room. All the blankets, pillows and towels are included.

The private bathroom has white tiles which give you a calm environment after an exciting day of the Amsterdam adventure. Take a relaxing bath.

***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
