the breakfast is amazing, it has everything, the most complete breakfast I've ever seen in a hostel.
People keep checking in during the night which makes it a bit hard to get a goodnight sleep if you are in a shared room. Great breakfast. The place has a lot of services to offer
Friendly helpful staff and generous breakfast. Having the evening meal was great and as we cycled to you and arrived tired right on the cutoff time but were still served dinner was most appreciated.
Definitely more of a place for families and large groups than solo travelers or couples looking to have a fun time with other young people. It was much more like a chain hotel than any other hostel I've stayed in. No lockers in the room but there are lockers you have to pay for. Free breakfast was great.
Clean and spacious hostel (though with unnecessarily teeny bathrooms) with friendly staff, decent enough breakfast and good location right by a tram stop, 12mins walk from the centre and 3 mins from HS station. 3 downfalls are no kitchen- ridiculous for how much space they have for one, no lockers - they have shelves but again, more than enough room for lockers, and lack of atmosphere- not very social at all which as a lone traveller is important to me. Would recommend.

Good hostel. Very clean and free breakfast. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is a little bit sad though.
You can not make your own food. A major floor in any hostel
The location is pretty far from everything, including the Centraal station. There are no lockers available in the rooms. In fact, the only place they have to secure your items is a pay per hour/day small locker area- not ideal at all. However, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was a good place for the money but if you won't be missing anything if you choose a hostel closer to the city center.
There was no members kitchen, access to a small kitchen with a kettle and some basic food preparation area would have been good. This is becoming the norm in Belgium/Netherlands it seems. I would advise visitors to take a travel kettle.
This seemed to be a place for a younger crowd, groups of students, and families. Other than that the breakfast is the best I've had in a hostel. It has a nice bar and is located close to the train.
The only thing that was not convenient was that there was no fridge and microwave, things that are essentials for backpackers to feel comfortable doing.
Although the staff was not so flexible, everything was normal and the breakfast was amazing. The space is really good to spend a nice time.
Has no own parking, and the parking is very expensive around. We took a hall for a bit more than a day and paid 38€. Park and Ride would be possible but then the way is much longer. We had a 8 people room for 5 - brilliant :)
Really great hostel !! And staff is very friendly and cool. Will definitely come back.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Lots of shelving to use, but would have preferred lockers. Great breakfast and all the staff are super friendly. Very close to HS station (not central station) but only 10-15min walk to centre. Site says wifi in lobby, but it will work well in some rooms. Unfortunately our showerhead in the girls dorm was all clogged up so the water sprayed everywhere and there wasn't enough pressure. Hard to follow their suggestions to have 5min showers to conserve water.
The hostel felt more like a hotel than a hostel, with elevators, carpeted hallways, and some smaller rooms. Our room had 4 bunk beds (8 total beds) and its own sink, shower, and toilet stall. Everything was laid out for us and easy to navigate. The breakfast was nice for a hostel, cafeteria style. The back patio is on a canal, a great place to pass by the morning/evening. It's about a 20 minute walk from anything in the city, but it's a straight shot, so it's not difficult to get to/from.
