Stayed two nights, arrived at 12:30am and could walk straight into the hostel (also doubles as a bar). Asked RE: Boat trips while checking in and staff did not know even though they advertised it. Breakfast was included good european food - cold meats, cheese, cereal, bread. Wonderful location, close to train and city centre. Room was lovely and clean, each bed having individual light. One of themain lights was on a sensor was annoying every time someone moved. Overall good place though

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. It's nice and clean and spacious. The dining area at the back of the hostel is really pretty and quaint.

The staffs were helpful. The cook prepared me special vegetarian meal because I was ill. Bery kind gesture indeed. Breakfast was excellent. We could eat a variety of stuff and delicious. It was a memorable occation for me and several of us visiting nearby University of Maastricht stayed here for a workshop. I surely recommend this place to all. A second sort of tea would be nice, maybe some herbal one. Unfortunately coffee was not included at the breakfast, but the breakfast at all was fine.

The setting on the banks of the river Maas was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast, there was a variety of produce to choose from. The rooms were clean and airy. The children complained it was cold in the room. that"s about the only thing we have to comment on. Enjoyed our stay in Maastricht very mucht.

Very good hostel, like a hotel and the breakfast was just great!!!!!!! I will come again

This hostel is very safe, clean and in a good location. My only complaint is that the bar and common area closed around 11 or 12 at night.

Not a bad hostel, but quite absurd that it is not allowed to bring your own food and drink or cook your own food there, while the catering is quite expensive.

We ctually ended up not staying there, because our room would have been WAY too hot to sleep in! The windows only opened a tiny little bit and there was no air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, though, and gave us our money back.

The only thing i must complain about is the heat on the bedrooms. In those August nights it was impossible to sleep well due to the high room temperature. The windows were only to tilt, the opening function was blocked. Everyone slept without blanket and still sweated on the gum matraces. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay very much. I've seldomly seen such a well equipped and organized hostel. Many thanks to the very friendly staff!
