Negative. Firstly, there's no common kitchen but only a bar broadcasting canned music all the time. Secondly, they put too many beds in a room. It's an overcrowded hostel in weekend. We're waked up by each other snoring noise. The windows cannot be fully opened. The air circulation is bad and it's smelly. 8 people shared a dirty toilet. A disgusting roommate could bring noisy friends to room in midnight. And you don't have locker in this overcrowded hostel. Staffs are helpful but too busy.

A bit of a 'cold' atmosphere, like spending the night in a hospital, but a very interesting and unusual building, nice staff (except one miserable woman) and comfortable stay.

Clean, safe hostel with not bad breakfast and helpful staff. Though interesting to live in the Cube, but please be noted that the interior space design may not be as good.

Pricey, however probably on par with other European hostels, nice place, very clean although some character has been lost in the conversion from a former high school. Taxing on the pocket but would probably stay again if I ever go to Rotterdam again......

First of all,The staff is really helpful. The day I came there was problem with computer system but they managed to do it manually. The bar offers really good breakfast. What impresses me is the design of the hostel, looking so 3D. However, it is a bit hard to find the location for those who are bad about directions because it is over the ground.

Right next to the train station, easy to identify, great location and character. Great fun to stay in the famous cube house.

The room is very clean and the staff is O.K. Some of them are really nice, but some are not. There's no kitchen to use and when I first asks for hot water to drink, she said there''s no one at the bar so sorry you can't have hot water. The breakfast is good but the waiting line is always lone during the first hour of breakfast. Overall, it's good but a little bit expensive.

The staff was great and reeally nice to us. I stayed there with my 50-year-old mom (it was her first time in a hostel) and she really loved and had nothing to complaim about and said that her opinion about hostels had completely changed!

very good location, but a little bit hard to find the front door. I slept on the upper side of the bunk bed, and the ceiling is too low!!! I cannot sit straight on my bed and my hands often hit the rough ceiling when I'm setting my bed, it really hurts and I even bleed because of the rough low ceiling!! The design of breakfast place is great, but I cannot have hot water since there is no kitchen (actually there's a machine, but they say I have to pay 1.5 euro to have one cup of tea).

The place is situated very near o the station and has a good view to the beautiful surroundings. It has one of the best breakfast a person can get at the given price. Staff is nice and helpful.

Not easy to find because the street is a pedestrian route that cross over the main street.

Very noisy. A high group of teenagers spent a whole night running through the aisles, screaming and some of them seriously drunken. Although we didn't complain, no one from the hostel staff did anything.
