It was a nice hostel! The only down side really was that no one spoke to each other. The room, bathroom, and showers were nice enough. It was really easy to get to from the main train station and the walk to shopping and the castle wasn't too bad. I would recommend this hostel to others.

I liked having the free towels, thanks! There was a problem with bees at breakfast and it was really hot

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great. The wifi didn't work well from our room, but was great in the common spaces. We also didn't ask about the wifi though so they might have been able to help us there. We were hoping to rent bikes (our group of three) but there was only one available and there was no way of knowing when we would next have a chance of renting them. We got to borrow towels free of charge. And enjoyed a game of chess in one of the common rooms. Overall a great stay!

Very conveniently located, within minutes from Heidelberg main station and bus stops. Friendly atmosphere with a spacious lounge area and very convenient all you can eat breakfast provided daily for 3 euros. Would definitely stay here again. My only criticism would be how hot the dormitory got at night. We were provided with a fan but it appeared to be broken and did not work too well.

Lovely hostel, very clean, not too far from the old town and good value for money. Didn't like the showers though they're on a push button with a short timer so you have to keep pressing.

Loved this place! Really nice rooms, showers, toilets etc. Everything was clean and the staff is supernice. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Heidelberg.

Meets all the needs well. Isn't fancy or great besides that. Breakfast for €3 was great.

Everything is great and staff/people are friendly!

The weather was so hot. It wasn't hostel's fault, but our room didn't have any fan during first two days of our stay.By the way, all staffs were so kind and helpful. Thanks a lot!!

Tthe physical conditions of the hostel was perfect. The prices might seem a little high but you can be sure that you will get the equal value of your money.

Good location, near to train station, big room and clean toilet.

kitchen is good. a little bit far away from old town but It's ok to walk and It's close to train station. WiFi is good and they provide computer as well. but It's VERY noisy at night since there are casino and restaurants/bar downstair.

Cosy hostel which is conveniently located right near the main train station. It is a fair distance from the old town and castle but it's easy to get the bus and the staff are more than willing to help. Large kitchen was also a major bonus.

Great Hostel, keep up the good work!

Steffis Hostel is nicely located in a old fabric building but the hostel itself has not a lot flair. Location wise it depends if you will like it or not, for us it was suitable as really close to main station but its far away from old town (30 min walking is really a far distance in small town like Heidelberg). But its really clean. We didn't try the breakfast which comes with extra cost. Stuff is friendly but in our case couldn't really help us with the questions we had.

A nice hostel that felt a bit like a hotel. Although it did have a nice kitchen and common area it wasn't so easy to meet people as a solo traveller. Handily located just round the corner from the train station, but it can get a bit noisey at night.

Near central station but far from old town. It is clean and quite. I like it.

The hostel's location is great as it is literally in front of the train station. The staff is very friendly and they gave me good suggestions on what to visit. Breakfast was the cheapest I have ever seen in a hostel and it was great! The rooms are very spacey and there are good sized lockers to store your valuables. The showers and bathroom are not in the room and the showers are those you have to push for water every 5 seconds. They also have a break room where you can use computers.

cool hotel and very close to the trainstation!

Great atmosphere, nice location, very friendly staff!! My only problem was the club that was located just under my room. I've managed to sleep only around 5-6 from the noise.. :/
