Awesome that we could hire bikes for free- a real plus!! Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come again!!

Nice hostel, very clean. The hostel is on the 4th floor( or 3rd), so is kind of hard to find it unless you asked someone who knew this place. Other thing is great.

Steffi's is in a great location near the train station and is within easy access of the old town. Which is where most tourist attractions and a good amount of bars and restaurants are based. The hostel itself has a friendly atmosphere and providers for all backpacker needs.

There's a bar next door that makes it hard to sleep. Not a good place to meet other backpackers. A lot of families and older couples. Good sized bedrooms if that's all you're after.

super clean! only stayed one night but right across from train and bus stations!

Spacious, friendly and helpful staff, economics price. It's a nice place to stay in Heideiburg. A little bit far away from the old town, but really close to the station.

Seemed secure enough. Quite far from the city center. At least a 20-30min walk. The staff were attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was much like a dorm. The room for 10 persons was huge. They could put 16 in there if they wanted. The table in the center added a nice touch of connection with the others in the room. Very clean. The breakfast was meh. For the money I expected more than toast and cereal. The facilities were very vice. internet is s l o w. Computers are all Linux.

The hostel is an about 20minute walk away from the old city, but the train station is just 1 minute away. The staff is friendly and it`s a good, cheap hostel.

It is the best hostel I have stayed in turns of cleanliness, location and facilities. It is very easy to go from the train station, only 5 minutes in distance. With very neat room, lounge, toilets and kitchen. The staff is very nice and helpful too.

Excellent place to stay. And the staff went out of their way to help correct an error I made in reservations.

It was clean and neaty. Kitchen also affordable big size. Was Nice Staying

Very near the train station. Very spacious and great value.

we had a very short but nice stay at Steffi's hostel. Although a bit far from the city center, it is definitely worth it with regards to the cleanliness, staff friendliness and facilities. Very good value for money, we'd stay again for sure!

This is really a very very good hostel. The staff is warm and very helpful. The place is very clean and very spacious. Only minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof. The best hostel I have stayed. Strongly recommended!

Very poor WiFi internet signal.

Free wifi and paid breakfast near the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. The place was clean and easy to find (it's technically on the fourth floor for Americans if you're unfamiliar with how Germany counts floors).

I had a good stay in this hostel. Only the noise from the local bar next door prevented a good night of sleeping.

It was OK, though too expensive for the services they provide (probably because of europe´s prices). The good points: good beds, good bathrooms, wifi. The bad points: no towel, you had to do your bed, no breakfast included in the 20 E price. They also lost my towel and just offered me a louzy old towel, that was pretty bad.

It was really clean and nice. I stayed at a dormitory room and there was a big table that you can put your stuff on and the room was really spacious. But one thing... I don't understand why the staff was cleaning the shower room in the evening... But it wasn't that big deal though. Overall, it was really nice to stay there. I would definitely stay there again.

some people coming too late, and they were very loud. They made me wake up some times. For that some room must enter before 10pm is better
