The staff at Stelios Place is AMAZING!! We were delayed by strikes and arrived well past our arrival time. Stelios was there waiting patiently for us. We rented a car to explore the island before heading out on our sailing cruise. They helped explain the map and when we were unable to drop the car off, we went to Stelios to ask for help...they dropped everything they were doing, started calling people and ended up taking us to the port no questions asked. Stelios saved us :)

This place is amazing. First off, they offer free pick up and drop off from the port, which in itself was tremendously helpful. The location is fantastic, with bars, bakeries, stores, and atms all within walking distance and - perhaps best of all - the most gorgeous black sand beach is literally just a few steps from the hotel. The people are some of the most wonderful I've encountered. Stelios and his family are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is GREAT. I really hope to be back here.

for less than 13 euros pppn we got a sea and mountain view in one of the new rooms at this friendly cosy hotel run by stelios and his family. they provide a free transfer to and from the airport. there was a mix up with picking us up a the port but one phone call and stelios came immediately. ideal place to use as a base to explore santorini affordably. only 25 mins quad bike ride to capital Fira and an hour to Oia. plenty of restaurants along the beach.

AMAZING! the rooms are really nice and clean, we got new sheets and towels everyday at no extra cost. the bathrooms are really clean to and the shower was good. its family run and they are the sweetest people, stelion will pick you and drop you off at the port for free at anytime. you have to pay for breakfast but its so good, get the ham cheese and tomato toastie. its 1min walk from the beach and to get into the thira hire quad bikes they are alot of fun, or just catch the bus. i love it here!

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast there was good too and reasonable price. Close to the black sand beach. We rented quads for a day and drove around the island, so awesome. The rooms were clean and love the bathroom. I would totally stay back there again!

Really nice hostel with swimming pool and right next to the beach. A pick up / drop off from the port was included. Very clean and new rooms. I have been in 3 hotels in Santorini and definitely, this one is my favourite one. The staff gave us an excellent treatment.

We had an amazing welcome to Stelios place and throughout our stay received nothing but the best and friendliest service. Very clean and great location, a few meters away from the beach. I recommend the volcano and hot springs day tour. Would visit again!

great place to stay, would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers

We stayed here for 5 nights. We booked a room with no ensuite and stelios gave us a free upgrade and picked us up from the port. Katerina is lovely and gave us free lemon cake every morning with breakfast! The place is amazing with a beautiful pool, and it's 2 mins from the beach. Stay here is you get the chance. Thank you for a fantastic stay stelios and everyone!!

This was the best hostle of our entire trip throughout Europe. Great location, great people operating it. Definitely will be back!

Highly recommend this place! Great rooms - modern, clean, spacious and safe, right next to Perissa beach - literally, you walk about 20-30 steps, great pool for relaxing in, great staff - very nice and helpful, free use of laptop and wifi and right next to a bus stop to take you to other parts of Santorini. Perissa beach has a tonne of cafes/restaurants/convenience shops so everything you need is right there. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can't recommend it enough.

This hostel was amazing.. the family is so friendly and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and nicely kept and the hostel is in a great location with a short walk to the black sand beach. I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Stelios and the family are really nice people. The rooms are good and clean, they give you a deal for ATV hire across the street. Perissa Beach is mostly just families and couples though (and also great cheap restaurants), so if you want to party stay in Thira town.
