Very good value-for-money hostel. Walk to everything. All facilities including a good kitchen, WiFi, showers etc. Pretty sure I will be staying here every time I come to KL.

Great value for your money and good location. It's right in the middle of all the sights so everything is within walking distance. The staff are knowledgeable and wilm point out all the sights and provide free maps to get you there. And the guy with the long hair...

We stayed 4 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. There is coffee and tea available 24h for free. Breakfast is basic: Toast, butter and jam, which you can upgrade by getting some stuff as eggs or whatever and cooking them in the kitchen. (that's what we did) Staff is very friendly and very helpful. You can always make contact with other travellers hanging around, if you like. The location is great: walking to Petronas Towers is 20min, walking to Chinatown even less. Absolutely recommendable

Best of the cheapies in Kuala Lumpur. Obviously it's not as good as the Raggae Mansion, but hey it's less than half the price.

Very similar to the other budget hostels I've stayed in in KL with basic amenities and a usually friendly staff, however the location isn't as good in my opinion.

Ver very basic hostel, the toilet is very small (in double room) and room is nothing special. No safety box or locker in the room. For long stays the hostel could be uncomfortable. The location is excellent, close to chinatown and metro/bus station. Breakfast and wifi ok. Credit card is not accepted. Not all the staff was friendly.

Price is right, location is good. The hostel is smack in the middle of KL's prime walking territory- close to the airport bus shuttle, public transport and cheap eateries in Chinatown. Basic but clean rooms and shared bathrooms. Staff was exceptionally helpful in giving advice/getting around/etc.

A nice place to stay if you wanna take bus at Pudu Raya bus station, and also very close to China town.

Disappointed with my stay. There is a building site next to the hostel, not their fault but the constant loud noise between 9am and 10pm didn't make for a relaxing experience. Had contact with 2 members of staff, 1 was helpful & accommodating, the other one came across as disinterested and rude. Didn't like how outside and inside areas merged allowing in noise & dust. Not v.clean. Saw a rat in the kitchen. All rooms need aircon! Had a much better stay @ Suzie's Guesthouse 10 mins away

The Hostel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, just a stone throw from China Town. The staff is very helpful, provides you with all informations you need - and is good for a nice hang out in the evening as well. There is a kitchen with a cooker and frigde, a nice common area and a big TV in the lobby with English movie channels if you need a time out from the Big City Life. The rooms are basic but very clean. After checking around a bit I think it's the best price to value deal in the area.

Fine and cheap place near KL Chinatown. Little bit hot at night and a construction site next to the hostel makes sleep almost impossible in the morning...

The location really was superb. It was within walking distance of almost every attraction I wanted to see. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and a movie played in the lobby both nights I was there. It really was a great place to unwind after a long day of walking.

Kuala Lumpur is more expensive than the rest of Malaysia. In my opinion this is the best of the value options in Kuala Lumpur (Backpackers Inn, Cosmopolitan Hostel and Step Inn). Dormitories are spacious-ish and toilets are clean. Plenty of people hanging around in the evenings who's up for a chat and a laugh

Good hostel, very friendly staff, lockers available and location is a 5 min walking distance to the long distance bus station and 10 min to the modern centre. Stayed here twice (in the beginning and in the end of my trip) and both were nice experiences. Cosy common room makes it easy to meet people.

We had an amazing time in this hostel. The staff was really freindly and helplful and it was a good place for hanging out in the evening. The rooms are quite okay, even though they first didn't smell that good. But after a while with opened doors and windows it was fine. The hostel is really close to chinatown, the petronas tower and also a quite good street for eating western food. If I'll ever come back to KL I will definitely stay in this hostel again.

I choose this hostel just for 1 night. It is really near the bus terminal, but the other aspect are just so so.The staff are helpful, but the room with no AC,just a fan,I should open the window to keep cool,so there are many Mosquitos.I didn't sleep well that night.

Okay hostel, free coffee, basic breakfast, spacious room. Staff was a bit weird. One wasn't interested and other was never around. When checking out at 8 in the morning there was nobody at the reception. I found the guy in the kitchen, asked if he's at reception and told him that we have to check out in a few mins, after which he disappeared upstairs for at least 15 mins, we ended up leaving money for the room on the counter and not getting any change back.It wasn't much but still pissed me off.
