The location really was superb. It was within walking distance of almost every attraction I wanted to see. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and a movie played in the lobby both nights I was there. It really was a great place to unwind after a long day of walking.

Good hostel, very friendly staff, lockers available and location is a 5 min walking distance to the long distance bus station and 10 min to the modern centre. Stayed here twice (in the beginning and in the end of my trip) and both were nice experiences. Cosy common room makes it easy to meet people.

Kuala Lumpur is more expensive than the rest of Malaysia. In my opinion this is the best of the value options in Kuala Lumpur (Backpackers Inn, Cosmopolitan Hostel and Step Inn). Dormitories are spacious-ish and toilets are clean. Plenty of people hanging around in the evenings who's up for a chat and a laugh

We had an amazing time in this hostel. The staff was really freindly and helplful and it was a good place for hanging out in the evening. The rooms are quite okay, even though they first didn't smell that good. But after a while with opened doors and windows it was fine. The hostel is really close to chinatown, the petronas tower and also a quite good street for eating western food. If I'll ever come back to KL I will definitely stay in this hostel again.

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It is so easy to get there from the airport and to get to Kuala Lumpur Sentral

I choose this hostel just for 1 night. It is really near the bus terminal, but the other aspect are just so so.The staff are helpful, but the room with no AC,just a fan,I should open the window to keep cool,so there are many Mosquitos.I didn't sleep well that night.

Okay hostel, free coffee, basic breakfast, spacious room. Staff was a bit weird. One wasn't interested and other was never around. When checking out at 8 in the morning there was nobody at the reception. I found the guy in the kitchen, asked if he's at reception and told him that we have to check out in a few mins, after which he disappeared upstairs for at least 15 mins, we ended up leaving money for the room on the counter and not getting any change back.It wasn't much but still pissed me off.

Wasn't the first time I stayed there, a good stay indeed, I would like, in the future, to have acess to the WiFi even in the room. Very good location, walking distance to all the interesting places, to and from the airport AND the coaches to Singapore.

The hostel is good, it's near the bus station, china town ... but need to set up more wifi access point to let us can use internet in the room instead of sitting at the lobby.

The bare minimum. This hostel was dumpy and very old, with no/minimal decor. It was not comfortable or cozy, and the Internet only worked in the lobby, unlike advertised. It might have been clean, but it still looked dirty from it being so used and run down. However it was cheap and convenient. Just don't expect it to be pretty or anything beyond what you pay for.

The hostel rooms needs a new layer of paint and a spring cleaning. If the laundry is not able to wash white sheets to be white anymore, it might be good idea to change the laundry or the colour of the sheets.
