Maybe use a sign at the 'gate' at the street corner for people that do not go on the hostel's website.

About Steves Place
Steve's Place is not a typical hostel. It is also my home.
I am a writer and the director of an NGO working in the areas of youth suicide prevention, emotional abuse, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and human rights.
Besides being my home, the hostel is the office for the NGO and it is the home of the volunteers. It is a small and quiet place in a family neighborhood.
Because we work here during the day on our NGO activities, we ask all the guests to check out by 9:30AM. We also ask that if they go out at night they return before 11PM so we can lock the doors and get a good night's sleep. During the day, the hostel is closed between 10AM and 5PM so we can work on our NGO activities.
We ask guests not to smoke inside or outside on the patio.
