We never met Stevo but his mom was wonderful! It was difficult to find the place since we were with a car and the hostel is down at the beach. In the night you can't get to the beach by car since there are tons of people walking around. The house is a piece of history, very tall ceilings and everything as clean as they could. The bathroom was downstairs, not for the picky ones but for washing yourself once a day it's ok. A fridge was also downstairs. The view from the window was amazing!

This is a guesthouse very good value for money. This location is very useful, it is just a few meter from the main beach and is run by a very nice old lady. The house is clean and internet is available.

Very cute old lady as a host. She doesn't speak much english, but was sweet and welcoming. The location is right next to the main strip and beach. Not much of a party hostel, but for a one night stay to relax, it's quite good.

clean and simple. Ulcin is a very noisy place in summer but surprisingly the rooms where OK from external noise.

The place was far away from the bus station and not easy to find so we caught a taxi. The taxi dropped us at the top of the long hill down to the seaside, where we were then met by Stevo at a supermarket adjacent to the building where we were staying. This appeared to be a home where several rooms are rented out. There is a shared bathroom. The room was ok but had no air conditioning. We had to ask for towels but were given some when asked. The place did have wifi.

Great value. The lady running the place is extremely nice and the location is great, right by the town beach. It's probably better to stay here and not on the bigger, nicer beach (Velika Plaza) unless you want to be isolated from shops, restaurants and nightlife. It's easy to get to Velika Plaza by minibus anyway (1 euro). Downsides to this place are no AC, shared bathroom and it's a bit hard to find (it's the stone house up the stairs with aloe vera plants behind the supermarket).

The location is fantastic!! It is right at Mala Plaza (the small beach), however you need to ask a couple people to find the place, because there are no signs to follow... It's more like a family pension, rooms are ok. The landlady is really nice, even though she is not really good in English you can understand mostly:) The bathroom is rather small and a bit old. It is outside the house so it is a bit uncomfortable to reach. There is plenty of place where you can hang your clothes if wet.

I had a really great time :) They all were so kind and nice :)

It is a room in a house. If you have that in mind then it is fine.

Hundred years old building, but it was very pleasant. We saw the beach from the window. The lady was very nice. We had got wifi connection. The lack of separated bathroom and air conditioning is not so good, but one night for one person was only 11 euro. We recommend the place.

Its an old house located in the main square of Ulcing, with a beautiful views to the bay and a very friendly and helpful owner.

Great location just metres from the beach. Annoying that the bathroom is outside but you deal with that. Security could be improved e.g. better locks on doors. Overall a pleasant stay.
