Rathdrum, an attractive town in County Wicklow is pitched high on the western side of the beautiful Avonmore Valley, and consequently there are some magnificent views across the valley, forests and hills The town has fine shops, restaurants, pubs, and evening entertainment.
Also, Rathdrum has been used as a film location for the following films Michael Collins, Durango, A Love Divided, and one of the Spice Girls Video\'s. Stirabout Lane is an ideal base for exploring the many famous tourist attractions of the county.
