I arrived at the hotel and was kicked out at the reception because of hard exchange word and misunderstanding at 11h45pm. And was told that it is in the terms and condition of the hotel to refuse clients even if very late at night, in a situation like this. now am charged for a night not spent at this hotel stockwood luton 83.93 euros.
