The staff of reception is very agreeable and attentive, but the staff of cleanliness and kitchen has been heedless and antipathetic; distant in the communication and attention, and strict with the schedules of the breakfast.

The staff were very unhelpful in helping us when the airconditioning unit filled our room, with what we later found out was the gas used to fumigate bugs. Once they moved us, very begrudgingly, we were put into a room with bugs crawling all over the walls and in the beds. The hostel was dull and had no character. They will always have customers because of the falls and so obviously take no care in making it hospitable. However, i really enjoyed the breakfast.

Good breakfast and helpful guys on reception, but the kitchen is a health hazard and the cleaning in general needs a major sort out. The cleaners look as if they dont want to be there. Could be turned around but I guess people will come to see the falls anyway so the owner is not bothered

Internet didnt work most of the time we were there. Staff changed our room quickly after the first was flooded by rainstorm. Hostel location is good, but the facilities arent great. The kitchen is disgusting and the bed in our room was falling apart. I wouldnt really recommend this place.

The information they give you normally is wrong. I decided to check everything myself and found out little things I have asked were wrong. There was no hot water the first day and the internet was down on first and second day. I wanted to print my boarding passes, of course paying for the printing, they didnt have toner for the printer. Gonzalo from the staff is awesome, although he is new and is still learning things, his service skills and kindness are impressive.

Stop hostel is in downtown, maybe few hundred meters from bus station and close to nice eateries. The rooms were really clean and staff helpful. It doesn't have an own pool but it's possible to use the pool from Che Lagarto hostel for free. The pool there was ok but quite small. The balcony/common area is nice.

I found this a pretty basic hostel, the wifi hardly ever worked and the kitchen was pretty small and messy. On the plus side a few of the staff members were really helpful and also the breakfast was excellent.

We had a private room with a bathroom, which was clean but old. The airco went on in the evening. The kitchen was dirty, the fridge was not cold. Breakfast could have been better for the price we have paid. The staff was not very friendly but correct. About 10 minutes walk to the busterminal, what is perfect.

Kitchen had one hot plate surface for the entire place, There was a gas burner, but they dont leave it out because it is staff use only. Bed bugs were a problem in several rooms, and they place smelt like pestiside durring breakfast when they were spraying. Not all staff spoke english and it was hard to get questions answered. Their pool is located at a different hostel. No outside alcohol is allowed, they have a bar. Breakfast was good though.

The hostel was very serviceable, decent breakfast, knowledgeable staff, etc. It seemed like there was a shortage of employees sometimes, but they had answers to all the questions. The breakfast was decent, filling, etc, if not inpsiring. It was great to have air conditioning at night and the pool access around the corner.

Booked a 7 bed dorm, we ended up in a 14 bed dorm, when we asked they told us they don't have smaller dorms anymore. Hostel has a lot of potentional, just needs abit of work. Close to bus station, ok for one night stay.

Among the worst hostels out of 30. Staff speaks almost no English and is not very helpful. Not very clean, private rooms run down - window didn't shut.

We just stayed one nigth and it was ok. Not much to do, but we did´t expect it either. An ok hostel with good location, just a short walk to the bus station and easy access to the bus up to the falls.

I think what this hostel is lacking the most is the Air condition. They do have installed in the rooms, but they keep it off during day, and when its actually on during nights it only cools up around 2 meters near from it. Might not sound like much, but in a place with extreme warmness like Iguazu, it gets hard to sleep while being cooked in your bed. Breakfast is pretty good, the people on the hostel is ok in attention, not the best but for the price you cant ask too much.

Great location and good breakfast. The air conditioning in the room wasnt working very well and the carpet in the bedroom could do with being removed as it looked dirty and a wood floor would be easier to keep clean. Nice big lockers in room.
