Great Location ! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great that its history is about India independence, but this is where it relates to the hostel. If you have visited India you will know how accommodation standards fall very short. Not dirty but very shabby without the chic, really needs an overhaul (badly). Restaurant more canteen with restaurant prices, portions not enough for a weary traveler but nice. The waiter eagerly pointing out service charge not include ! rooms are grim !

Location was great, I had a single room so cannot comment on dorms, my room was fine , floor a bit dirty but bedding clean. Toilets could have been cleaned more and there was only one working shower on this floor found it clean one day and dirty the next also got very busy.take flip flops for the floors. Breakfast was an added bonus cereal and toast with tea and coffee

The water that they have for showers is scalding hot, the rooms are also extremely small. The breakfast and location were both excellent, though!

Staff is awful, they aren't helpful at all! The lady is as rude as can be. I borrowed a plug and she came and took it out of my room without informing me, while I was not there. It's not clean, the restrooms are disgusting and you can barley move in them as well as the rooms. They are TINY. They also only have one plug for four people. They are also extremely hot, the window only opens about 1/4 of the way. Everything is rigged, the sink had a bottle cap in the drain to keep it opened.

anything more than a whisper in your room and you risk being overheard in the adjoining room. doors need to be fitted with a dolby sysytem as tehy close with a firece BANG so pray that you have considerate neighbours !! staff are helpful climb upsatirs is quite steep - so no worries if you have missed the gym for a few days room(s) are small but bathrooms and toilets are clean

Very good location close to the main attractions and the tube . Girls from tthe front desk were very helpful with indications about places ( cheap supermarkets and shops) . The area is safe duringthe day and the night.
