Hi & warmest greetings to our guests. We thank you for your stay & comments, although we wish to make some clarifications on some of your comments. To set the record straight, our pictures in the website are actual photos of the hostel. #2, of course, we do have bedsheets for all our beds, clean bedsheets. No hostel on earthm no matter how small or poor, can have beds without bedsheets. This is impossible and very bizarre comment, which---sorry to say---is inaccurate and unfair to our hostel. #3, we maintain cleanliness for all our rooms & the whole place. #4, we don't have bugs & roaches, are you describing our hostel, or another place? Yes, our young staff are friendly, honest & helpful to all guests. Nothing is too big or too small for our help to our dear guests. Our place is simple but clean, safety is very good, prime location too in heart of Metro Manila's liveliest entertainment &nightlife center. Welcome!

Glad you appreciated our staff as "quiet pleasant", they're young, cheerful & offer personalized service to all guests here, especially the international tourists like you. However, we're saddened and puzzled by your descriptions of our place. We're an affordable, cozy and simple, safe place for travellers in the liveliest entertainment location in Metro Manila. Please email us your specific complaints, so we can immediately improve? We're continuously changing & improving Strawberry Hometel, so we value your feedbacks, whether positive or negative. Last but not the least, we're intrigued and also puzzled by your last comment "take a full body condom to this hostel". e believe you should bring them everywhere! :) Seriously, we apologize if some of the Brazilian & French or Italian young tourists seem to be noisy near your room when you stayed, because I the owner investigated and heard from our staff that some of them brought young women or models from nearby clubs & bars for all-night partying in their rooms. We discourage noise, carousing & partying in rooms, that night our staff knocked on their doors to request them to keep quiet, so they toned down their noises. We sincerely apologize for any noise, you can always tell our staff to transfer you to another room next time? Strawberry Hometel is for quiet sleep, rest & meeting other travellers, to chill out. Many bars, restos, clubs & discos outside nearby are for all-night exotic partying, but not inside our quiet hostel. Apologies for any shortcoming, thanks for Coming here! Hello!

Very glad to have American guests like you come here & like our place. Yes, we're not in the traditional touristy areas of Ermita, but we're the new and liveliest entertainment area of Manila! :) We offer tourists & backpackers Good Value by charging Low Rates for Bedrooms & Aircon Dorm Rooms, because we believe Good Quality need not be Too Expensive. We're so happy for your coming here to Strawberry Hometel already 3 times. Welcome back to your home way from home! Our area is just 2 minutes' walk from all kinds of entertainment & fun you can imagine :) Public transport is 24 hours, even the nearby Starbucks Cafe opens up to 3 am in the morning, nowhere else in Manila like this! Clubs, restos, cafes, fastfoods, spas, discos & other places all so near :) Enjoy your life to the fullest here, have a sweet experience at refreshing location & safety of Strawberry Hometel :)

Yes, we're located in the best entertainment center of Metro Manila, but don't forget to come back to yoyr safe & comfortable room for sleep :) We're glad you liked the barbershop nearby & shared this "experience of a lifetime" with many international travellers here in the Internet. We have many fantastic babershops, hair salons, massage places, spas & other fun relaxing places nearby---all just walking distance from Strawberry Hometel. Hi to our Swedish guest Dipak, apologies but we shall remedy the situation by checkingwhat happened to the WiFi. As of now, WiFi is ok in the lounge and reception area where guests usually relax, but we shall ceck what happened to Free WiFi in our rooms... Our young staff speak English, but American-style English. If you have questions or problems, please ask them o call me the owner so I can personally assist you on anything you request or need. Strawberry Hometel popular with international travellers because of our Best Location near toMetro manila's young, hip, exciting & fun entertainment, nightlife, leisure, culture centerin Morato Avenue. Have FUN here. Guests not allowed in if too many, because there wasrecently a Brazilian ourist who brought three girls to his bedroom and they created so much noises all nightthe next-door rooms we had French and German isitors they got ery angry. We allow visitors on caseto case basis, depending on the situation, please do understand our concern for other international guests and the Nice Sleep environment of our place.
