Students & Travellers Inn is very centrally located, just 10 minutes' walk from the Acropolis, the Theatre of Dionysus and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. It's also surrounded by restaurants and shops and is within walking distance of most of Athens' sights and museums. Hostelworld guests frequently praised the helpful, friendly staff for their knowledge of local information. We like their relaxing outdoor terrace, serving beers and shisha.

We offer a wide choice of rooms, from dorms to private, with air conditioning and heating.
We offer 24hr hot showers, 24hr safety deposit, 24hr vending machines with soft drinks and mineral water and a 24hr laundry service – we do it for you and give it back within a few hours!
Our garden bar and lounge room is at your disposal in order to watch the best sports events, including the Olympic Games, with your fellow travellers. You couldn’t choose a more perfect place to hang out. We’ve got the cheapest beer in Athens, plus authentic Arabic sheesha in apple, mint, watermelon, cherry, coca cola, lemon and pomegranate every night.
There’s free Wi-Fi and 24hr Internet, plus free bicycle parking, free postal delivery and a book exchange, as well as a public telephone, international calling cards and fax facilities.
Linens are included and towels are available for hire.
Breakfast has a variety of choices available made from the freshest ingredients.

What makes us special, I think, is that we're the only hostel in the area with an in-house travel agency, run by our extra-friendly and helpful staff. Where else can you book ferry tickets for the Greek islands right on the spot?!

Guests can also join us in our garden bar where we serve the coldest and cheapest beer in town. Happy hour is from 7 to 8pm. Later at night we also have a pub crawl that starts at 11pm.
We're less than five minutes from the Acropolis, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Acropolis Museum, the changing of the guards and the Olympic stadium. I also recommend that our guests visit Cape Sounio, Lycabetus Hill, Corinth Canal, Vouliagmenin Lake and Dora Stratou Theatre.
I'd say our hostel is ideally suited for young people that would like to meet other young travellers, have fun and share common experiences, as well as families that would like to sleep in the best location in town!Latest Review
I could give this hostel a perfect review based on the location alone. Literally a a 10 minute walk away from anything youd like to visit in Athens. What made our stay worth it was the absolutely friendly and accomodating staff that work here. We were greeted with smiles after a long flight from the states. We didnt book our travel plans fully so we had a handful of questions to ask about athens, the islands, and meteora. We were instantly relieved when we were helped by the knowledgeable staff.
