Very nice hostel, large but quiet and well managed. It was very close to the main square and on a nice street with restaurants and the acropolis nearby plus balconies on some of the rooms. There was a mix up with our booking, but nothing that wasn't easily fixed. Flolin from the front desk was very nice by calling a taxi for us to the port and waiting to make sure it arrived on time and ensuring that the wifi was working during our stay.

Excellent and very helpful friendly staff. The room looks new and bathroom is spotless. Towel is provided. Great location, you can practically walk to all the attractions. I didn't have to use the public transport at all, except to the airport and Piraeus port. Breakfast not pr

Great location with friendly staff and a great breakfast! The in-house travel agency was really helpful in getting our trip to the islands set up.

Friendly place, and very cheerful and helpful staff. The rooms were neat and I loved the breakfast area in the garden. This hostel doesn't really have much going if you want to meet other travellers. But if you are a group...then the location and the ambience is very good.

Many areas need improvement: 1. Do not send your customers to the "greek" atm down the street when there is a perfectly good atm much closer. When I'm pulling money out to PAY for my stay and hoping not to have my card taken, I am not trying to experience culture. 2. Paper towels in the bathrooms. 3. Don't go on and on about cultural differences - we get it! Just give us good tips and recommendations as we ask. 4. Put Wifi in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, all but one who was actually quite useless with any questions I had. However, they had a trip planning service to help book ferries etc. and this was really great and very convienient. Overall the place seemed quite clean but I left the place with a lot of strange bites on my legs - I wondered maybe was there something unlucky in my bed :/ but not actually certain it was there fault.

Staff. Was. Incrediblyyyy. Helpful. Bending their backs helpful. The place is very clean and maintained well. Theres a rooftop (no seating) but great view of acropolis and a really nice lighted up common garden type bar area on the ground floor. Great location as well- right in the Plaka with bars few steps down and short walk to metros/buses/trams. Great deal- highly recommend!

We were moved from our initial room to a second tin-can of a room that was so small and claustrophobic in the middle of our stay (even though I booked months in advance). I was not happy about this at all. Breakfast was expensive. Staff were nice enough but I would not stay here again.

The best place that I slept during my traveling. The people are very nice, very friendly. In my room I have a balcon. Amazing. Easy to enjoy the sun in the morning. The people there could help you for everything and especially some particularly advice that you need to take care of.

Only having one full day to explore Athens this hostel was located in the perfect location: close to all major attractions, especially the Acropolis and great restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming, very accommodating and helpful. They had great suggestions and helped us figure out travel plans even after the in-house travel guide had left for the day.

This is a truly unique hostel. When I first arrived in the area, I passed by it several times, mistaking it for a high-end hotel. The Students & Travellers Inn defines what it is to be a great hostel by doing nearly everything perfectly (aside from the two orthographic errors in their name). The staff working the desk are friendly, helpful, and constantly curious about how they can improve their business. The Acropolis is literally on the horizon of this inn.

The hostel is situated at the safe tourist location of plaka. The staff were nice in upgrading me to better rooms and gave me good introductions of where to go around the city. I just wished they didn't force me to leave a comment on hostelworld in front of them using their computer and pressuring me to give them higher ratings. It made me a little bit uncomfortable but definitely a recommendable hostel overall! Nice stay!

amazing hostel, the staff are the friendliest you'll find and the breakfast is cheap and good. The location couldn't be any better and the staff will always make sure you have something to do. No complaints about this place and will definitely come back here when i'm next in athens!
