Had a wonderful time staying here.the owners were beautiful people and that's all you can ask for when traveling .the location, rooms ,breakfast were amazing.the only tiny tiny gripe would be a lack of cooking utensils.

Good hostel, great location right as you get off the boat in Abrao. No one on reception for a while when we got there so we had to sit around and wait for a while. But aside from that it was dandy, lockers in rooms, and you have your own cooker and fridge so can make your own meals whenever you like. Breakfast is decent. Power cuts happened quite regularly but they only lasted for a couple of minutes.

I had a great time here in Studio Beach Hostel! Its safe, clean and has a very good atmosphere. Staff is great and they cook delicious diner. Juliana is a very cute and kind "boss" of the hostel and is willing to help you with whatever. Once you enter the doors of hostel you bacome a part of big happy family! Saudades de vcs!!! great location right near the pier and center of town.. security was not much, but had some lockers in the room. guests were able to bring other people home and "sleep" in same bed, unusual normally in a room with 7 other people

Security was poor as there was one key to the room shared between 4 people. The bed sheets were very dirty when i arrived and the shower and bathroom was always dirty. The computer is very slow if you want to use the internet. TThe breakfast was good. This hostel is overpriced.

A bit expensive all things considered... Good location, excellent breakfast though, but sheets weren`t very clean, and the whole apartment was very basic, especially the bathroom. It was on 30th of December, so prices increase even though it is excatly the same service provided. Next time, I will book earlier to try to find a better place, but if you don`t have much choice, it could be worse.

This hostel was average. The rooms (6 bed dorm loft) were by far the best part. Very large and with own kitchenette and fridge. The common area was a little cramped, and the staff not terribly attentive. The breakfast was great, however.

Basic dorm, bit cramped but has nets thankfully. Bit tough getting giant backpacks up the small spiral stairs. Friendly staff. No welcome desk which caught us off gaurd as we entered looking a bit lost! Dinners were gorgeous though mmmmmmm
