This place is great! I wasn't expecting much because of the reviews, so i wasnt very pleasantly surprised. The kitchen has everything you need, the shower is great, the location is super cute, down a really quiet street. The lady didnt speak a word of english which makes it more authentic, the only thing to know it that its two single beds put together, but they're comfy!

Basic but more than enough for what we needed. 5-10 min walking distance from bus/train stations and supermarket. San Marco Square further away (aprox. 30 min). Wifi slow at times.

We arrived at the property and had to wait half an hour, after repeated phone calls a lady turned up. The bed was a single with a pull out bed alongside The location has only persuaded us to give average value for money. There is no comfortable area to sit and one plate to use, only one knife and other utensils were poor.

This studio apartment was so great! Compared to staying in a hostel, my fiancé and I both loved that we had kitchen facilities to use and our own bathroom. The owner, Mirella, though she doesn't speak English is so great; we felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. The only complaint that I could think of is it is quite warm as there is no air conditioning, and you won't want to keep the windows opened for the evening because the misquotes will join you. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the time we had filled in on the booking there was no one in. We called the number on the booking and got through to a friend of the owner who said it wasn't his problem. We ended up waiting there outside the door for 2 hours. The shower was either boiling hot or freezing and the apartment lacked lots of basic things e.g. knives. Only redeeming feature was the price. I wouldn't stay here again because all the little things added up to make this place a lot of hassle.

was in a good location but needed air conditioning

It's a ten minute walk to the train station, very conveniently located. It is a bit far from st Marco's by walking, but this way you really get to explore Venice. Venice is really touristy and expensive so you will still have to spend abit, but I'll recommend this to anyone who's on a slight budget.
