Great place to stay, near the bus and train stations. An easy walk into cheaper student areas of town, and also to Rialto and Academia bridges. Internet is available, though often very slow, but this seems normal in Italy.
Everything was ok, however when we arrive nobody was waitnig for us and there was no recepetion. We were waiting for more than an hour for them to give us instructions to get inside. They do not acept credit card, this fact was crucial for us.

Lovely room with well-equipped kitchen. Wifi is good. However, we arrived at the studio around noon and no one answered the door or phone. So we were unable to check in and put our luggage in it. When we came back in the evening a guy finally answered the phone and asked us to search for the key somewhere around the house. That wasn't very pleasant. Breakfast is not enough, there were some toast/jam/butter but not for 2 ppl and days. Probably will consider a "less-family-run" hotel next time.
This was a lovely little self-contained apartment on the ground floor. The owner did not speak any English but was very pleasant (take your phrase book!) and helpful. The location is excellent if you want something close to the station and want to limit your walking and stair climbing. Lots of cute restaurants close by. It's a little expensive for the typical backpacker but fantastic if you are after some alone time. Perfect for a couple!
