I am Sylvain, living in Paris since 2003, I love this city and I would like to share it with you !
I rent this new renovated apartment suitable from 1, 2, 3 or 4 quiet persons, well located in the tourist and Parisian Montmartre district.
You will enjoy the area for french shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, fashion, etc..., and the rest of the city by metro or bus less than 2min from the apartment. Metro Station is Lamarck - Calincourt line 12.
The area is very safe and the street quiet.
Apartment located ground floor. Handicap accessible.
Direction :
Sacre-coeur, a few minutes by malk
Champs-Elysee and Louvre - less than 10 min by metro
Eiffel Tower - 15/20 min by metro
Saint-germain des pres - 10/15 min by metro
Notre Dame - 15 min by metro
Opera - Grands Magasins - 10 min by metro

Wonderful place to stay for a few days in Paris! The studio was clean, our hostess was very kind, it was a very shot walk from the nearest subway stop and near a delicious and inexpensive bakery! I loved being in Montmartre, about 15 minute walk from Sacre Coeur. A bit tight for 4 people, but it would have been perfect for 2 or 3! Would definitely recommend staying here.
