We offer private accommodation with wooden floors, clean bedlinen and renovated kitchens.
Perfect location: use the bike-rental at your apartment. Only Eur 6,00 per 24 hours. Cheaper then public transport and extremely flexible.
All of our family and 3 person studio rooms have a private shower, toilet and kitchen in the room. All rooms include door lock, bed linen, heating, cooker, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a safety deposit box, cable TV, city taxes and a wake-up alarm. Groups of larger than 1 family will be accommodated in different floors of the same complex.
These are residential apartments with 3 or 4 rooms plus 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. Tourists sublet from the hosts 1 or 2 rooms mostly with private bathroom and a private-use kitchen. Your hosts will stay in the other rooms and have their own private bathroom and kitchen. With this in mind, guests are not permitted extra visitors, parties or noise between 9pm and 8am.
Our cheaper bedrooms share their bath and toilet with the hosts and do not include a kitchen, except for a fridge and microwave. The use of kitchen or cooking quipment (shared with hosts) costs 5 extra per person per night.
Our rooms are laid out as follows: 2 bed sharing has 2 single beds; 2 bed en suite has 1 double bed and 1 single-bed; 3 bed has 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 4 bed has 1 double bed and 2 single beds; 4 bed en suite has 2 double beds and 2 single beds; 5 and 6 bed (suitable for 1 family) has 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Rooms for 1-3 people get 1 set of keys while rooms for 4-6 people get 2 sets of keys.

Hot water didn't work and the heater wasn't on so it was freezing in the room and we couldn't shower. It was farther out of main town than expected. Also, no internet.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Our reservation process is different from hotels and hostels. Please note: After paying the non-refundable 10% reservation fee, contact us by email within 24hours with detailed information on how you're getting to Amsterdam (eg train/car/bus/plane) and what time you will arrive in the city. Within 1 to 4 days after your reservation, you will receive a Paypal invoice for the key deposit, worth �50, �100, �200 or �300 depending on amount of guests. If you do not pay this deposit within 24 hours of receiving the invoice your reservation will be cancelled. After this deposit is received, your hosts will send you a receipt and let you know how to get to the apartment. Guests must reconfirm the exact time of key collection. If you're late we will wait for 30 minutes.
Payment is by international bank transfer, 7 days prior to arrival, please. You may also pay by cash upon arrival. No credit cards accepted.
Check-in: at an arranged time between 3pm and 10pm.
Check-out: before 11 am by dropping the keys in the letter box.
There is an extra charge of �20 to check in or store luggage outside these times. It is not possible to collect your keys after 11pm. If you are scheduled to arrive in Amsterdam after 11pm please do not book with us. There is no check-in after midnight.
We have a cancellation policy of 72 hours.
Our apartments are non-smoking.
Baby cots are not available but up to two children younger than four years of age stay free of charge.
Parking is in the public street. Paid parking from Monday to Saturday 09 am - 21 pm. (�13) Free parking 7 days a week = 5 minutes drive from the apartment; 15 minutes walking distance.
