Hot water didn't work and the heater wasn't on so it was freezing in the room and we couldn't shower. It was farther out of main town than expected. Also, no internet.

Client paid 3 nights with 4 persons the discount-price Euro 90,00 per night for a private room incl. bedlinen, tv, fridge and shared the bathroom with 1 host. House-keeping-service is on location available 24 hours / 7 days for defaults. Also the host was at home but client never informed host or housekeeping. Host had these 3 days hotwater + central heated rooms. Client never asked for any service and never complain during these 3 days. Client share the kettle with the host. Since departure of client the kettle is still working correct. Internet access is not include in the price Euro 22,50 per night per person. 5% tourist tax + bedlinen is included.
