It was impossible to get hold of anybody in the reception. The owner seemed more interested in having a party at his place than beeing in the reception.

Hi Ernst I am sorry you felt that way. Actually I wasn't partying, the house you are talking about was rented out to other travellers over that period so I wasn't in residence at the time the time you were here, perhaps you are talking about the people who had rented the house out? So I wasn't living there onsite and available as I usually am and I apologise for that, but if you had emailed or called me while you were actually here I was never far away and could have helped with anything you needed

the owner was great, really friendly and helpful but we were expecting a little more in terms of the size and some of the facilities
