Nice hotel in nice area. Exactly in the middle of Heidelberg altstadt. From here is pretty easy to reach anywhere.

This hostel was comfortable enough. It's basically good for sleeping but lacks the amenities of a regular hotel, e.g. lockers, common area, kitchen, etc. It's ideally located in the Altstadt. We had a room facing the main street. For the most part, it was quiet but if you are a light sleeper, then ear plugs are needed. Although the place seemed secure enough, I did have safety concerns since there were no lockers available.

Very basic facilities, only one electrical socket, shoddy room door, damaged double bed (a couple of supporting boards broken), no towels. Very good kitchen though, with discount for hostel guests.

Only after arriving at the hostel they told me that my room is on another street several blocks away. Though that location is also good, it would be more open and helpful to state on the website that the accommodation may be on the other street rather than at the restaurant where one registers and pays.

The location was great, but security was nonexistent.

I was surprised by the additional fee of 3 € for the bed sheets.

just a bed. nothing more, if thats all you need? fine! but no kitchen, cold bathrooms without curtains, slightly awkward...

The hostel is a little far from the main train station but is near the heart of old town. No real reception area just the bar and that is only open from 11am-midnight. Staff does speak English.

It was comfortable, clean and warm but nothing spectacular. They also say that they charge one price online but they require everyone to pay 3 more euros for clean sheets. They try to advertise themselves as cheaper than they actually are.Don't expect anything extra for your money, but it certainly wasn't a bad experience either.

The staff were very helpful and the bathrooms were clean and functional, apart from a cold shower. The room itself was big and in a very central part of town, very handy to see all the sights Heidelberg has to offer. The only problem was that the heater in our room didn't work and the windows didn't seal properly so we spent the night in a freezing room.

It is nice place. Perfect location. Wifi was great. Can't beat the price.

Location was AMAZING, would stay there again. Not many people there though (which can be good and bad, privacy, but lonely), but that may have been just because it was so cold when i went to heidelberg

I absolutely loved this hostel! The three bedroom private room was amazing. The bathrooms were very clean as well. The rooms were also quite spacious for a hostel. The location of this hostel was PERFECT. It was right next to everything downtown. The main square, the bridge, the castle, the bar district, shopping district, the best restaurants, etc. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Bilingual as well. Love this hostel!

They charge 3-euros more, for the bed linen, and it was not on the description. Moreover, it was incredibly noisy!

Hallo, wir bekamen für das Drugstore einen Gutschein, aber nur für 1 Frühstück. Als wir frühstücken wollten, gab es nur noch Kaffee, keine Croissants mehr.
