res. 20961-15006028 We are very displeased with Suharevka Hostel. We reserved 2 beds through you for the 14-15 November. We specified that we would arrive by air at 21h40 and thus would arrive at the hostel very late. At arrival at the hostel after 11pm direct from the airport we were told that we should have arrived by 9pm and that our beds were given to others. The people who work at this place are outstanding. Th3e building is homely and warm Ira and Katya Ruslan and co are highly professional and some of the best people that you will ever meet...uterly charming and kind ... Sukharevka is the cheapest and best place to stay in Europe - close to centre and worth every penny . Go there and stay a while !The people who work at this place are outstanding. It was fun as the first time experience, though I was a bit shocked when i came and they said that smth had gone wrong with booking system and they couldn't see my reservation (and I had reservation printed out) and they were fully booked so I had to stay in a dorm instead private. I was staying for 9 days paying for a double room! The "free" internet admittance functioned for two days and I could only use the official for 2x5-10 minutes even in the late evening. The two toilets didn´t function for a day!I was staying for 9 days paying for a double room!
