Fantastic hostel, more like a hotel. Freshest sheets i've had in south america. Great place to explore Puno from. Ideal if you want somewhere a little nicer than the usual hostels. Breakfast was great too
Well organized, very friendly staff, lots of information about tours, good breakfast buffet, really recomnendable!,,
The staff was just great. The breakfasts were everything you would want and the rooms have had some remodeling so were very nice. I decided to stay longer and they rebooked immediately.

My daughter was very sick from the altitude and they would not allow us a late check out or even to rest for a couple hours in the lobby. Poor customer service. Not a good location.
We had a great stay at Suites Antonio's! The accommodations were amazing, including oxygen tanks for those of us suffering from altitude sickness. The breakfast was by far the best we had in Peru, with fresh fruit and eggs upon request. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so helpful, and even brought up a heater upon request. I would definitely recommend this hostel.
Great position and clean and tidy rooms. Helpful staff.
Nearly the best stay so far in south america, and the staff help a lot as i left some important document in the hotel and the staff help a lot in arranging those document to Bolivia in where i stay. The facilities of the stay is excellent as well as the good breakfast.
Nice place, kindly fetched us from the bus station. Only a 5 minute walk from the main tourist areas. Rooms were clean, lighting was a little dim though. Wifi also dropped off a lot. Restarted the router once or twice. Breakfast was grand.
Excellent value for money. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in at 6am which was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing; eggs, lots of fruit, avocardo, cheese, sliced meats, break, tea, coffee the works! Good location, walking distance to the square & pedestrian shopping street. They arranged our Lake Titicaca trip which was amazing & excellent value for money. Not much atmosphere as it is more of a hotel with people passing though on their way to lake Titicaca, but clean and recommended!
Free breakfast is terribly good. As the altitude effect was still on, unlimited coca tea, coffee and tea did help. The only drawback was the hot water supply not that steady in my first night as the weather was still cold.
Only stayed one night; nevertheless, the hostel was nice, clean and well located. The private room was spacious. On the whole good facilities but WiFi didn't work in the room. Would recommend it for a stopover on the way to/from Bolivia.
Can't fault this hostal which is really a hotel. Staff were happy to help with all my queries and my room was spacious, hot showers and the best breakfast I had in Peru was here.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our bus arrived at 5:30AM and someone was waiting for us to take us to the hostel for free. Even though we were at the hostel so early, and check in time was at noon, they were very helpful in letting us check in by 7:00 and letting us join the breakfast. The breakfast provided is a nice change from the usual bread and jam. Eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal and a spread of fruit and vegetables (complimentary) was greatly appreciated.
In a word, delightful. Excellent room, great WiFi, good bed, coffee and tea on every floor, and a super breakfast. Great location with restaurants and shops everywhere, and going to the left, out the door, to the plaza, then right, you will find a central market and just beyond that, a huge modern supermarket with a food court, if you like, on the second floor. Tours are readily arranged by the receptionist as well as laundry service. If you continue to Bolivia, talk to the helpful receptionist.
This hostel felt more like a hotel and I got a nice room with its own bathroom. I felt safe here and the location is good (close to the main square). The staff are nice too with a good breakfast consisting of fruits, cereal, and bread early in the morning. I have no complaints at all!
Overall very positive stay. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, good location not far from main square, steady supply of coca tea, very nice breakfast with ham/cheese/fruits/egg. Cons: hot water ran out after 30 seconds
Definitely more of a hotel than a hostel but the same price as other hostels we'd stayed in so great value for money. Big clean rooms, really helpful kind staff for organising trips and getting us a hairdryer/extra towels etc. Good facilities (we did loads of laundry for v cheap and best breakfast so far with lots of fresh fruit. Boiling hot showers and heaters in the room. Only a couple of blocks from main plaza Amas so good for ATMs, restaurants and excursion drop offs. Would highly recommend!
The guy in the front desk is very helpful and the location is perfect!
Suites Antonio's is at an excellent location and is couple of blocks from the main square. The staff were friendly and had arranged a pick up from the bus stand. The rooms were clean and well laid out and comfortable with hot shower available. The front desk were also helpful imparting information and in arranging 2D/ 1N Lake Titikaka Island tours. The only downside is that the hostel do not accept credit cards, so be prepared to carry extra cash in soles or other currencies to pay your dues.
