Although we weren't in Puno for very long, we enjoyed our stay here! Location seemed pretty good, short cab ride down to the docks where we took our floating island tour. Plenty of restaurants around the area as well. Staff was very accommodating with our later check-in time and they were very helpful organizing a taxi to pick us up from the airport in Juliaca when we arrived. Rooms were simple, clean, and showers were warm! Would stay there again if we find ourselves back in Puno!
Fantastic stay in Puno at this warm and welcoming hotel. Staff were excellent in booking tours and buses. Free tea and coffee and computer use on each floor. Perfect location for both the town centre and the port/bus station. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range and eggs cooked to order.
Generally OK. Hot water in the shower, a big bonus, many places have promised it, few have delivered! Stored our baggage whilst we were on an overnight tour of lake titikaka, very helpful.
This was the best hotel in our stay in Peru. The staff was excellent, they helped us with some changes in our itinerary because some protests in Cusco changed our plans. The breakfast was awesome.
We really appreciated the level of comfort, the central location and especially the staff's recommendations which were very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, with fresh fruit and eggs any style, as well as avocado, cheese, bread with jam, etc.
I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, there was free wifi and a tasty breakfast and the staff were so helpful! I wish I got her name but one lady at reception was so friendly and helped me out a lot during my stay!!
Felt like luxury compared to all other hostels weve stayed at at a similar price!!! Great staff and room. Without much to do in Puno it was great spending relaxing time here.
Breakfast was fantastic, reception staff went out of their way to make sure we were ok and insisted on calling our tour guide when they were a few minutes late to see where they were, really enjoyed staying at Antonio's! Thank you!
Amazing stay, just what we needed. Very nice rooms

Provided free pick up from bus station. Front desk staff speaks excellent English. Arranged bus tickets and overnight island tour for us. Nice breakfast included with eggs made to order. Oxygen available, which my friend had to use. 2 block walk to main plaza and tourist street with tons of shops and restaurants. Located on quiet street. Extra blankets in room if you are cold. Good value. Would stay here again. Beware that they only accepts cash.
Very close to the plaza de armes and Main Street (Lima). Staff spoke Greta English and were very helpful in booking a tour and bus company. REALLY great contenential breakfast included (fresh fruit and other yummy things!) highly recommend as a great value for money!
The front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful! Quiet hotel, good breakfast, very clean room. Very cheap for what you're getting. It was a wonderful stay.
Helpful staff, sorted out a tour to floating islands for us and advised on bus tickets also sorted request for heater in room and problems with wi-fi. Bed very comfortable with plenty of blankets & a duvet. Bathroom did have a bit of a drain smell but ok in room with door shut. Hot water when we needed it, shower pressure ok. Breakfast was best we had in Peru, lots of choice & nice fresh eggs! Enjoyed our brief stay!
Fantastic! Best stay in South America so far!!!

A lovely place to recover after an exhausting Machu Picchu trek. Good: Friends on TV in the room! Great central location. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Big clean warm rooms. Good buffet breakfast.
I'm 37 yo female traveling with a friend. Loved this place - more of a hotel than hostel. The bathroom was amazing, which was a welcome site at this point in our trip. Breakfast was good and overall the place was very clean. Wifi was dodgy at times in the room, but always fine in the common area.
The staff was super sweet, free shuttle service pick-up was excellent, they also called us a taxi for our return. The rooms are average, but comfortable. The breakfast was top two of our trip in Peru and Bolivia with a plethora of fruit, eggs and drinks. They were friendly and knowledgeable at the front desk and even offered oxygen free when I got acute altitude sickness. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here for the staff and value for money.
Fantastic place to stay. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond. When our bus to Arequipa was cancelled because of the strike, they helped us book a tour with a reliable company to go to Chivay and then to Arequipa. They even called us at the hotel in Chivay to make sure everything was going well. Rooms were clean and had TV. Breakfast was phenomenal: Bread with butter and jam, variety of fruits, eggs (with ham and cheese if you choose), lots of beverage choices.
Staff were amazing! They helped us book buses and even helped us reserve hotels and restaurants in other cities. Breakfast was great with good variety of fruits. Rooms and washrooms were very clean. Location was central and there was a convenience store selling water and other snacks right beside the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here!
