It was very quiet when I was there, so lacking in atmosphere, but I'm sure would have been good if it was busier, with a nice outdoor courtyard to hang out in. The keycard on my room would only work for a small amount of time - although the staff were very helpful, it was annoying to have to get my card reset almost every time I went out of my room.

I booked the private room, double bed, with TV, ensuite and table. They give to me a group room with a bunk bed that is no comfortable as a double bed. I was frustrated.

I loved that place. The rooms were nice, bright and clean, the location near the historic quarter (15 minutes walk) was great. Hot water was a bit slow to heat up, but the bathrooms (private) are nice and clean. Not the best place to meet other people, although there is a small TV room and kitchen. All in all, highly recommended.

Good, safe, central location close to transports and city centre and most of the staff we very helpful and friendly. We paid for the most expensive private room and it openend up the tiny court yard where guests and staff sat out side our window talking ALL night long playing music . The kitchen is tiny so not good for travelers wanting to cook their own food. The breakfast was great and the rooms were nice and clean.

Great place!! In a good safe location close to the Metro!! The staff went out of their way to help me secure an entire dorm to myself when my travel plans fell through. Excellent breakfast and very clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

In a good location. Kitchen is quite small, and breakfast time is a bit of a scrum. Room was comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is being made differently each day (tostados, crepes) und fresh fruits, coffee and the usual stuff (jam, toast) is availible. We had a nice double-bed room with own wc and shower. The bed could be a little bit more comfy (could feel the iron springs inside) but it was sufficient for 2 nights. In total a very nice hostal which i would recommend.

Very nice place, we stayed for four nights, had a nice double room ensuite. Located close to Hidalgo metro station, walking distance to centro historico. I liked the street Reforma itself, it's modern and big :) Breakfast is a good touch as well. In addition to topical continental cereals and toasts you will get some small cooked dish like waffles or some grilled sandwich with frijoles. Clean and friendly hostel.
