For my stay, the staff were largely uncommunicative and never offered to help with anything. Location 10/10 - right on the beach. Not too close or too far away from either Chaweng or Lamai. This is a very basic place with reasonable beds, a fan and a cold shower. Each bungalow has a nice little private porch. Security seems reasonable. Room was cleaned once during my 6 day stay.
