we chose it as the website said it was close to the airport but it was a 40 minute drive away! Not so much fun at midnight when you want to get to your hostel and sleep

This is a great hosel, very clean with a great staff! We stayed here because people wrote that it was close to the airport, I think that depends on what airport. We flew in from the one that starts with an S...it's a long name, not the other one. It was not close at all..We had to take a 45 min. bus ride to get there, but if you are looking for a nice clean place that is in a very cultural area this is your place!

Located closer to airport than to downtown. You cant bring your own food/drink. they sell it, but not cheaply.

Great place if you wanna be outside the city a bit. Perfect for just getting off the plane and getting acclimated. Great friendly helpful staff. Manji rules.

This Guesthouse can only be recommended. Large rooms and large beds, friendly staff. If you want a quiet break from busy Bangkok this is your place. The food is also a good introduction to Thai cooking and if you don't like Thai there is a large choice of western style food incl. Breakfast too. The small road is no problem at night as the Thai style of outdoor living helps a lot, the greatest danger is probably being run over by a motorbike as you walk on the road.

Monji runs a good no frills shop. Great food menu filled with diverse offerings. Close to airport.

the On Nut Guesthouse was our favorite hostel/guesthouse so far. The staff is great, the facilities are amazing, and the overall atmosphere/vibe we found to be the best so far. The location was perfect for us (we only had a short time and wanted to be near the airport for a quick 'get away'). However, if you're looking to be closer to the 'action', the On Nut guest house is a bit out of the way. Other than that, this was our favorite place so far!

I want to give this place a higher rating but somehow a few things really get in the way. The toilet was clogged around 9pm, and water from the 3rd floor bathroom was leaking into the 2nd floor one, near 10am next morning it was still broken. Maybe the fault lies with plumbers scheduling though. Anyway my biggest issue about the place is that they charge for every single minute thing. I dont mind about telephone charges nor the towels but I do mind about charging for internet and calling for taxi pickup. In the end it became a joke for the us as we saw laundry charge was per 100g. I didnt have any problems with any of the staff but my sister told me she had one so i had to lower that rating as well. In fairness the owner Majji was quite nice and their restaurant served very good food.
