One of the best hstels I have ever stayed at! The staff are all amazing! The sweet gırl from Ecuador behind the bar and the guys that work there are all fantasic. I can not rate them high enough... Very vey friendly and they all went out of their way to help me. My friend needed a bus, every company was booked out and the guy at receptıon did everytıng possible to get her on one. The staff are the best thıng about this place! Also, breakfast is very good and filling, beds are comfy.

Stay at Sultan Hostel! I had a humble, welcoming experience! The staff are friendly, smart and helped make my short week in Istanbul a big success! The hostel was a clean, cozy and affordable fun place in the perfect location close to bazaars & all sights. The staff were very quick and efficient in helping me get tickets and details when I needed- even at the last minute! So if you're traveling alone or with your friends/family, this is a great place to stay to and have a stress-free experience.

The Staff were not very helpful, they were distant and not very engaging... other than that the hostel was pretty good. great location

Staff were pretty friendly apart from the one girl working but she was ok after awhile. I heard other people commenting on how unfriendly she was too unfortunately. Very clean, great location, and booked a tour at the desk even though it was very late at night and was leaving first thing in the morning. A bit difficult to find as directions were not great and I was coming in at night from the airport which is further away. Thank goodness for the kind hearted local I met at the airport who helped
